I would highly recommend this company. They came the day after i called and then the following day installed my new heater fast. The technicians were knowledgeable, fast, polite, and they left the area clean when they were done. Job Well done! Thanks so much!

Had someone out within a few hours to look at our drain after I called and John did a spectacular job. It was not an easy access. While being honest about the difficulty, he kept his positive attitude about getting it done and that is the work ethic I love.

My issues. Amazing company

The team of Don and Anthony came out, located the busted water pipe in freezing weather and had to gain difficult access to affect the repair. At the same time, they installed a shut-off valve to the garage water so if we have more freezing weather, we can isolate that section and avoid repeat pipe freezing issues. They also installed an easy access panel. They were quick and professional! 10

The gentlemen that came to our home were so courteous, professional, prompt, efficient, and so very kind and helpful. We are so pleased we chose Sam the Plumber. Would recommend them to anyone and we will definitely be calling on them if/when we need a plumber again.

We had a unique plumbing need where we wanted to run a new gas line from the laundry room to the kitchen so we could install a gas cook top. Rolando came out with a plan and a team to get the line moved and they did it all within just a few hours. Great service and great people working there. I'd highly recommend.

I can highly recommend Sam the Plummer in Friendswood. They were prompt, fair and did the job right. I got three estimates on my job which consisted of repairing a cracked 3/4 inch pvc pipe connection. Sams bid was fair and 1/2 the price of the ridiculous highest bid which was also from a locally owned company. Sams was great and we will use again if we ever need a plummer.

Same day service to replace a water heater that didn't take long at all to install. I called Sam the plumber and c.j answered vary politely and knew exactly what I was trying to explain. He sent some out immidiately and they installed my new water heat in about 1. 1/2 hours and deposed of the old one. Great job Sam the plumber highly recommend .great dispatch and great technician

Very reliable company with caring technicians. Stevie Ray just left and did an awesome job! He went above and beyond to fix my issue. He even explained all I needed to do to be prepared for a big freeze coming tomorrow. As a widowed senior woman, I very much appreciated his kindness and excellent service!!!

John was able to get to my house right on time on day 1. He went above and beyond to get everything in the house fixed, while saving us money. Another plumber had recommended nearly twice as much work to solve the exact same problem. John offered a solution that solved the problem at 1/3 of the cost. We noticed something else was wrong with the tub, and asked if he could swing by the next day. Missed the heads-up call, but he came back out anyway. The service is great; the prices are great; the ppl working for them are great. Don’t bother calling anyone else.

They are AMAZING! They came out quickly late at night to my house for an emergency involving a baby opossum behind my dishwasher, moved the dishwasher very delicately as to not harm the opossum. They patiently waited so that I could capture and secure the baby and we all had a good laugh about it. They are so funny, friendly and down to earth. Everything was put back perfectly as if untouched and very quickly. Stand up guys for sure and REAL men because everyone else I called chickened out and wanted nothing to do with the situation at hand. 10 out of 10 definitely would recommend!

Mark did a great job! He was curteous and proffesional. He fixed my main cut-off valve in just a few minutes. Thank you for being honest and reliable. AHS sent out Mr. Rooter. They quoted me $795 to replace valve. They didn't even try to open it. First thing Mark did was try opening it and it worked. I highly recommend using Sam the Plumber.

Matt D with Sam the Plumber did a great job at our house. Our spare bathroom faucet was leaking from the inside of the wall and damaged our sheetrock and carpet in our master bedroom. Matt was professional, courteous, friendly and knew what he was doing. He replaced the faucet as well as some ancillary plumbing and the rate was very reasonable. I would recommend Matt with Sam the Plumber for any of your plumbing needs.

Plumbing problems are never pleasant. Particularly on Christmas Day. The call went out and was answered quickly and professionally. Steven showed up and worked efficiently and cleanly. He was unplugging a kitchen sink drain. He got the sink to drain after running the snake and cleaning out the line. I can not express my gratitude and thanks to Steven for saving our Christmas.
On another note. I would like to thank Sam and his crew of men. I'm a member of American Legion Post 554 in League City. We had been plagued with plumbing problems for years. Sam sent his men out and over a couple of days our problems were over. Sam was there to help out the Vets and we appreciate everything that he has done for us.

Amazing customer service from the very first moment! I had issues with the toilet and chose Sam the Plumber after receiving a very reasonable quote. They came out right away and took care of the problem quickly! They cleaned up afterwards and were very polite and friendly. This was the best plumber experience I've ever had. 5 stars from me!

It was 2 days before Thanksgiving and I had no hot water! Randy came to my home and gave me a free estimate of the repair on my water heater. He told me that he would do his best to get hot water in my home by Thanksgiving day. He did! He was professional and very responsive. I will definitely call them again and will recommend them to others.

I was modeling in my home, i has 3 showers i was replacing. I tried 3 other plumbing companies each one i was very unhappy with. then i called sam the plumber. Sam himself came out to do my estimate and the men he sent out to do the work were wonderful. they got the job done in a timely manor. they were verybhelpful and informative.
