The crew was good, showed up on time and worked diligently. They cleaned up really good as well.

We received excellent customer service from Jason Brinkman he helped us work with the insurance company on our claim. There crew that roofed our house was very professional and did an awesome job roofing my house and they also installed and painted new fascia and eaves. When the job was completed they did a great job of cleaning up the trash and hauling it off. I recommend them to anyone needing a roof.

The technician that came out was extremely nice and every time he came inside he took his shoes off. He addressed all of my concerns and went into our attic to look at the whole attic to ensure there was no more leaks. Did I mention that our attic is not easy to navigate which meant he had to crawl to get around parts of the attic.

Very happy with the roof we received from Brinkmann. Todd was knowledgable and immediately had an estimate for us. The guys working on our roof were efficient, hard working and very conscientious about cleaning up the area when finished.

Artemio did quality work. He explained what he was going to do and he performed the job exceptionally well. He was very professional and courteous.

Ryan Laird, Sales and Daniel, Project Supervisor were Professional, responded to questions and concerns immediately. We had a quick downpour, the crew immediately tarp the roof and Daniel was here within 30 minutes. Daniel went into the attic to make sure we had no roof leaks. Entire experience of installing a metal roof was a breath of fresh air in today’s service industry. All the Brinkman folks were extremely professional and really cared about providing a first-class product for their customers. Workmanship was impeccable and crews were friendly. I could not ask for a more diligent company after some of the service I have experienced in the past. Would definitely recommend Brinkman for any roofing needs.

This is the 2nd home where I have had Brinkmann Quality Roofing replaced our roof. They are wonderful! I had an insurance deadline this time around and Jason, the owner, compensated for my procrastination and went above and beyond to get my roof done to save me. I highly recommend BQR!!

Brinkman Quality Roofing did an excellent work replacing our roof and installing new gutters. We got taken advantage of by a different contractor, whose cost was actually going to be the same but they did a horrible job and took three weeks to finish - you can imagine the stress of rain damaging the home during the process, and having roof knocking for that long. Brinkman replaced the roof in one day from start to finish, and it was on a hot summer day. Their subcontractors cleanup well after the job, and the project manager came to inspect the work from inside the attic and on top of the roof. They gave us 4 different options for shingle quality and warranty duration at different price points to choose from. They are a certified GAF CONTRACTOR (I was able to verify that with Gaf as well) so the warranty of the shroof is actually backed by Gaf. We received a GAF warranty registration. This is one of the key advantages, lots of roofing companies don't stay in business for a long time and having warranty backed by the manufacturer gave us a lot of piece of mind over the next 25 years. Their prices were competitive with smaller companies, and the experience starting with the salesman, through to final completion was smooth. They sent us a detailed contract up front, explained pricing and options, and delivered exactly what we asked for. The only concern I had, that you should be aware of, is that in their contract they do not assume any liability for any water damage that may occur if rain eventz come while the roof replacement is being installed. They do check the weather, they will protect the site, and they the schedule the jobs according to forecast and work really quickly with large crews, but it's something to note that is in their contract and I found a bit uncomfortable.

Quality workmanship; excellent attention to detail. Responded quickly to my questions. They did both the siding and roof for my home.

Requested inspection and maintenance to resecure shingles, via recaulking and resealing, and was handled accurately and quickly. Also, Juan had a helpful attitude, which I greatly appreciate.

Brinkmann showed up early in the morning and worked until shortly before dark to complete my roof. They had a large crew that obviously worked well together. Billy the supervisor, kept me informed of the progress throughout the day and answered my questions. The roof looked great and it has now been 6 months without any issues. I would highly recommend Brinkmann Quality Roofing Services.

We are really happy with the finished product – both the roof and the gutters. While they were working here, they were very respectful of our property and did an excellent job of cleanup.

Juan did an excellent job replacing some shingles in my roof as well installing two Quitecool powered attic fans. Very thorough and professional. Great job!

Artemio did a fantastic job installing the Attic Breeze Solar Attic fan for our family. The fan -powered by the sun- replaces the old fashioned whirlybird turbine installed w/the roof years ago. He advised me that it’s thermostatically controlled and hopefully makes very little sound. But displaces a lot of air. The job took 45 mins total!!!!

I've always had a great experience using Brinkmann. Specifically Todd, very communicative and honest. Not once in my years of using Brinkmann have I felt that they have tried to push any sales on me. In fact, quite the opposite, several times I was told that my roof was in good shape and didn't need replacing or repairs for at least a couple of years, when most other companies would try to push you into spending money now. Honesty like this is what creates a long term customer.
