Ice maker not working. Came same day. On time. Got text he was on his way. Fixed ice maker. Not high pressure about buying a new part. Would certainly use him again.

On Saturday morning our refrigerator/freezer stopped working. Most appliance repair companies don't work on Saturdays. I called Real Appliance Repair and they were open and would have a technician at my house in 2-3 hours. The technician was on time and right away found the problem.

Thick Russian accent made it hard to understand what they were saying sometimes, but that's fine with me. Both guys were really down to earth, explained what they were doing/why, and made the entire process easy. Will definitely use them in the future.
