1/30/25: Brian was my tech today and did an awesome job troubleshooting and getting the outdoor landscaping lighting working again.

Summer does a great job of scheduling, coordinating, and communicating the service call. Benchmark does a very good job of quality service and valuing the customer.

Update: Bryan and his assistant are my new best friends. My 40 year old barn/ art studio was in need of a complete electrical overhaul, for safety, efficiency, and better functionality. Bryan listened not just to what I wanted, but also to why I wanted certain things done, and responded with genuine regard for meeting my requirements at the highest possible standard of safety and efficiency. Kind, skilled, knowledgeable, and conscientious.

Glenn and his assistant have provided service at our home on three occasions, and the communication, service and professionalism has been consistently excellent. On one occasion when I needed help locating and installing a part for the bathroom fan in our 30 year old home, Glenn was able to locate the part, order it, and schedule the installation in minutes, compared to the weeks I’d waited for another electrician.

Benchmark Electric has always been my go to conpany for any electrical needs. I have dealt with a few techs from them and they are all very professional. Bryan F was our tech today and he help us address our concern and making sure any issues are addressed.

Benchmark is very professional. They have upfront, transparent pricing. Their electricians are communicative, friendly, and courteous. My electrician was Bryan Fuentes. I described the issue I was having and he was able to fix my ceiling fan wiring without needing to pull new romex. Even if he had to pull new wire, the pricing was upfront so I knew exactly how I would spend. Their prices were reasonable, I didn't at all feel gouged. Bryan was in and out in about an hour.

Bryan Fuentes is an excellent electrician. Not only did he address our current issue effectively, he also identified several preexisting issues, proposed solutions, and made those improvements. We are extremely pleased.

Bryan Fuentes was an exceptional electrician. He took his time accessing the job, did what he could day of and then came back to finish the job and give it the proper time it needed. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of work he provided. This is the second time I have used Benchmark and they are the only electrical company I will use going forward. I would have Bryan back to do any job in the future and will recommend Benchmark to anyone who asks.

I chose Benchmark as a referral and after reading all the race reviews. I was grateful to get Bryan. I had a breaker replaced, a whole house surge installed and a Smart light kit installed so we could operate a light switch from a different area. I also had him estimate 2 other jobs.
All work and quote were explained thoroughly and the work was completed in the same visit.
They honor their breaker box work with a 5 Years for parts and service.

My technician was Brian Fuentes. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. Went above and beyond what most electricians would have done to solve the mystery of a very complicated problem with a three switch box. Also dealt with several other minor issues along the way and still charged me the original price quoted. In my book, that is the sign of highly reputable and quality company.

Outstanding service by Glen! First time using Benchmark. I walked him through my issue, and he took a look in my attic. Priced out the diagnostic and repair and after I accepted, he found the faulty wiring issue which fixed a switch and 3 outlets. Additionally, He cleaned up another wiring issue caused by an unlicensed electrician. Extremely professional end to end, from shoe coverings to equipment and reasonable pricing. Benchmark was fantastic! We had a semi-emergency and they got us in same day and Bryan was wonderful. He explained the problem and gave several options for fixing it. He went above and beyond and checked our garage box for us. 100% recommend!!
