Looking for a granite countertop supplier in Frisco was a little tough at first. I had to read reviews and visited websites to make the decision that Granite & More was the place to visit in Plano. This company goes above and beyond on everything they do. The customer service is wonderful. The turn around time is less then half the competitors as long as with the price. I found my granite for two bathrooms at Granite & More and had them install the counter, sinks and complete the plumbing work. I love my new counters and am very pleased with cost and service.

I can't say enough about Granite and More. After visiting several showrooms in the area we were frustrated with the lack of inventory and clarity in pricing. Troy sat down with us and broke down all of the costs in his estimate and did not pressure us into buying our granite slab sight unseen. Instead we accompanied him to the slabyard and picked out our exact slab. We ended up with truly unique countertops at a fraction of the cost of the other shops (whose inventory consisted of 5-6 cookie cutter options). Troy and Alice have now done two jobs for us and we have been extremely happy with the results. I would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family.

We had an absolute wonderful experience with Granite & More. Troy and Alice were extremely helpful, insightful, and professional. From day one of obtaining a quote, they were professional, timely and understood what I wanted. Their quote was unbelievably reasonable. They were available to answer any questions, or concerns that I had at any time. They even helped me review another quote I received. They never spoke negatively of any competitor, which was great, as I've had that happen in the past.

Once we agreed to use them they were on the ball. ALWAYS available to answer questions. Alice was awesome in understanding what I wanted, and what my style was all within about 30 minutes. She definitely sealed the deal for me.

The work was done on schedule as planned. The contractors work directly for Granite & More, which was refreshing. They were professional as well and their work product was awesome. To make things even better, I paid leas than my quote. I appreciate that their prices were reasonable and the quote included the high end quote. That way, we never were going to pay more than the quote, but they wanted the quote to be completely inclusive and cover any potential costs so that we did not get caught at the end and then need to pay more than quoted. So I can appreciate the quote being on the higher end of a quote (again, even then, it was an unbelievably reasonable quote).

We will definitely use Granite & More again. We have a few more things we want done to our home and we will call Troy and Alice without hesitation.We will ONLY recommend Granite & More.

What a fantastic experience we had last week with Granite & More. They installed over 1,000 sf of travertine in a versailles pattern for us in our kitchen, breakfast nook, family room, laundry room, cabana bath and the hallway to our master bedroom. The crew doing the work were meticulous, as you would hope they would be, and did a great job from start to finish. They carefully sealed off the area from the other portions of the home as well as sealed the cabinets and counters to prevent the dust from the tearout from spreading throughout the home. They cleaned up and hauled away the old tile and carpet - you couldn't tell after tearout other than the missing tile and carpet, that they had been there. In laying the travertine, they reinforced our choice in selecting Granite & More. with the quality of their work. They were very frugal in taking breaks and worked long days to accomplish the job, but they completed the job on schedule and we are very, very pleased with the job they performed.

We will certainly be using them again. We have a wet bar that needs a new countertop and you can guess who is going to do it for us.

we found Troy through a friend. I called 1 day and he was out to measure for my new shower and the very next day had a quote in my inbox dealing everything that I wanted and each ones cost. I then tried to get more quotes to compare to Troy's but no one else wanted the "small" job of just doing a shower. So we went with Troy and it was so easy, we met, picked out all the stuff and in a few days Victor was at my door to work and work hard!! He did an amazing job and fast!! I would tell anyone that I know it go to Granite and more:)

Granite and More was so much more than I expected. First is the personal owners, Troy and Alice who ask the right questions, come to our home, and personally stay on top of all the details. It is a no worry, complete service company. So much credit goes to manager, Rhonda, she is fantastic in representing the company from beginning to after the end! If you use them you won't be sorry. Well worth it!

Chad and his team were amazing and built us a beautiful master bathroom. We also combined closets into one and made a custom pantry. The job turned out beyond our expectation. We are looking forward to having Chad and his team back, after the holidays, to continue with our home remodel.

We had shopped around a lot for new kitchen floor tile, including large flooring stores, tile outlets, etc. Prices and selection were all over the map and we really wanted to find one place that would handle the whole job, including demo of the old tile. We researched a lot and came across Granite & More and read the multiple positive reviews and they were all truthful. Troy was so helpful, helping us select the right tile on the first visit. This was after we had brought home at least 10 other samples from various places. He came to measure and quote about two days later, and a little over two weeks later the project was completed. (It would have been sooner but they had several other jobs scheduled the week we went in.) The workmen were very careful and left everything exactly the way they found it. The pricing was very reasonable and we are pleased with the results. I would absolutely recomment G&M and we will go to them again if we have future remodeling projects.

Granite & More are very professional and perfectionists. I am a hard to please customer and Todd and Alice showed a lot of patience with my questions and requests. They worked with me to make sure I was 100% pleased with the work they did in my home. Prior to purchasing here, I shopped around quite a bit. I can’t say enough how easy they made the whole process. Todd took the time to walk me through the entire process, what to expect and even some additional things I should consider in order to get the most out of my kitchen project. Many of the other companies (including Big Box retailers) were not thorough and I ended up getting hidden cost the more I asked questions. At Granite and More, the pricing was fair, honest and exactly what I expected.

My kitchen look so amazing and we couldn’t be happier. Granite and More did an Exceptional Job. I look forward to using them for future projects.

To say they did an amazing job would be an understatement. I went in wanting calacatta marble and slate countertops. I had done my research, read that it takes a lot of care but was heading that direction anyways. When I went in to talk to Alice, she had told me the same things and to my surprise, we found a quartz that looked VERY similar to both! A beautiful veined counter for my island and textured blackish for my back countertops. We paid the deposit and were on he schedule that same day. It only took about a week to start and it was painless with the entire kitchen remodel taking 8 days. The work turned out beautifully and I couldn't be happier.

There was even an incident where a light glass fixture was accidentally broken. Troy and Alice didn't even bat an eye and had a new one here that day.

To say I'd highly recommend them would be an understatement. We are going to use them to remodel our master bathroom soon.

We had Granite and More redo our kitchen, which included demo cabinets, new granite and backsplash and installing all of our kitchen appliances. The service was excellent. Troy and Alice responded very quick to our call for an estimate, which was very accruate. Alice was great helping my wife pick out the backsplash for our kitchen. The workmanship was excellent and they were very quick. Overall they performed great work and it was done on time. We will use Granite and More for our next project.
