I was absolutely blown away by the incredible service from Keith at Gutter Tex! From the very start, setting up a free estimate was a breeze with clear communication every step of the way. Keith even texted me the morning of the estimate to let me know he was 20 minutes out and arrived right on time—such a rarity these days!

Keith was honest and straightforward, diagnosing the problem without trying to upsell me on new gutters. Within 20 minutes of him leaving, I had a clear bid in my inbox that I could easily accept with just a click. I was scheduled for the following week, and once again, the communication leading up to the gutter maintenance was spot on.

On gutter day, Jose, the installation and maintenance expert, showed up on time, introduced himself, and got straight to work. He kept me informed, and I even received photos of the job from both the roof and ground level once everything was complete.

After 26 years, my gutters were looking a little shabby. I had gotten an from estimate from a roofing company for the gutters to be replaced and was sticker shocked. A co-worker suggested Gutter Tex. Their pricing was much better. Also, gutters was there main business whereas with the roofing company, it was a sideline. After pulling off the old gutters they found that there was some additional carpentry work that needed to be done due to rot damage before installation of the new gutters, which they promptly took care of after my OK. Anthony kept me well informed through the entire process and I am very satisfied with the results.
