Thank you for helping me with the faucet and toilet. I have had Mike and Roman out at my house twice for different things. They both have great customer service. I appreciate the member discount because it helped with these two jobs.

Sean was great-very professional, arrive on time as scheduled, explained the repair process, provided an estimate then made the repairs with pictures. Wholeheartedly would recommend Trident Plumbing!

Eric and Tegan replaced my garbage disposal and while they were here they gave me an estimate and all the options i have to replace old water heaters. we're also interested in getting water filtration and i thought i would need to schedule a different appt to get an estimate, but they were very patient and kind to go over the systems they offer. Our hot water heater was leaking water and the service technician, Matthew, was at our house within 30 minutes after I called Trident. He explained everything, showed us how to shut off the water and then returned shortly after to install a new water heater at a very reasonable cost. Courteous, professional, and efficient. Would definitely recommend Trident.

Tim and Dakota were wonderful. They thoroughly explained each step to me. I think they did an outstanding job, and they even made friends with my Labradoodle - who hates men! I highly recommend them.

Timothy did an excellent job. Very prompt service with the ice storms coming. Went to cover my outside spigot and found it was leaking and needed to be replaced. Came out quickly and had it repaired same day.

Matt and Anthony did a great job installing our water heater! They were kind, professional and efficient. Answered all our questions and of three quotes we got - they were the most affordable!

Trident exceeded our expectations. They called before their arrival window, explained their processes as they worked, and answered all of our questions. They worked meticulously both outside and inside our home using plastic, towels, etc. leaving every area in pristine condition. Pricing was more than fair - just a little over $200 for a good 3 hours work. They're A+ rating at the BBB is well deserved.
