10 out of 10 WOULD RECOMMEND! Johnathan and Ethan did an unbelievably fantastic job! My bins look and smell better than the bins when they were replaced new by the city. LONESTAR contacts you the day before your appointment and about 20 min before the technician arrives. When I got home I was pleasantly surprised.

From the customer service experience on the phone to the prompt same day service - everything was done well. I will recommend highly and will be a repeat customer.

I was highly impressed last week when I saw him cleaning my neighbors bins. I hired them on the spot. I’m even more impressed today after he cleaned ours!!! I’m so happy we found y’all! Owning a business ourself we know first hand that the work our employees do are a reflection of us. This man spoke volumes about the company when he essentially crawled inside the bin to clean it. WOW! It was my first time using Lonestar Bins and they did a fantastic job! From the moment I called in the scheduler was so friendly and was able to send someone out within 24 hours! They sent me confirmation emails and texts once the tech was on his way. And they sent before and after pics. So easy to work with and did a great job! Will absolutely use them again!

Great service! I haven't had my trash cans cleaned since I had them (5 years) so you can just imagine how they smelled and looked. Well they look and smell almost like new today and they completed the job in under 10 minutes. I will stick with this service!

Lonestar bin cleaners came so quickly! They were there at our new house the day after our order was placed. We bought a home and were left with disgusting bins that had three inches of packed dog poop and mold in them... It was worth every penny spent to have them cleaned and sanitized!!!
