They arrived a little early for the appointment. Definitely a first. The technician was thorough and informative. The office staff is also super friendly and helpful. All of my interactions thus far says this is a very nice outfit to work with.

Did a fine job getting me fixed up when I got home to an 87 degree house and no AC. Came same day, on a Friday evening, and Aaron was professional, courteous, and explained everything along the way. I don’t even bother with my home warranty company anymore, these guys won my business

Excellent service! Aaron was professional, polite and friendly. He explained the problem, let me know my options, was super patient and very knowledgeable. Our house was 90 degrees inside and he got our AC up and running in no time.
Previously I had spoken to another technician and he was also friendly and gave a call back which was awesome. The lady who scheduled us so quickly is an Angel. THANK YOU Aaron and everyone @ Roberts Air!!

Long time repeat customer here. I love this company. Their work is excellent, their prices are reasonable, their service is quick, they have amazingly smart knowledgeable staff who have been with them for many years (Mario is a gem), and they never laugh at my stupid questions. They even have a REAL PERSON who answers the phone late at night!

Roberts Air & the team of tech have been consistently expert at their work. We had them install a complete replacement recently and the job was on-time and great quality.

Called and made an appointment, was told they would be there in the afternoon. Tech showed up within an hour, Excellent customer service! Tech evaluated the system and got the unit back to standard conditions - cool as a cucumber now. Highly recommend this company - Hosea

I have used Roberts Air twice in the past month for 2 separate issues. Both times were after hours. Christine answered the phone both times and was extremely helpful and responsive. The 1st repair technician was Mario and the 2nd repair technician was Connor. Both technicians were very professional, respectful, on time, effectively communicated the issues and repaired the a/c in a timely fashion! I highly recommend Roberts Air!

Great service today from our tech Aaron. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He helped get our AC back to cooling correctly and had some good ideas on how to keep us cool this summer.

A/C crashed and Aaron at Robert’s air was on it. Came out, told us to leave it off for the next 3 hours, he came back and within an hour it was rolling. This company is very prompt, their schedule matters to them. If you have them out, expect them to be fast, the work to be done correctly, and in a hurry to get to their next appointment.

Aaron was prompt and friendly. He knew what he was doing and did not overcharge for his service. More importantly, he kept me informed as to what he was doing and why, in easy to understand terms.
Aaron is coming back should I ever need AC service, and I recommend him highly to you.

Called Tuesday am with problem. Steve called back immediately and dispatched Johnathan. He was prompt organized cleaned mini split system corrected problem. Cleaned up and out the door by 2 pm. Great company and service.

Mario came by and within just a couple of minutes had diagnosed the problem with the air conditioner. Cool air running within moments! Great customer service from the time you call until the technician showed up! I highly recommend!

Aaron was super helpful in diagnosing my issue. He ran all the necessary tests and informed me of some other unrelated items as well. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I’ve used Roberts in the past and will continue to use them again, if and when needed. Thanks!!

Quick response time, friendly knowledgeable technician, and I do not like to talk cost of things as each person has their own thoughts on that subject, but for my situation getting service fast and knowledgeable to find the cause and quickly fix the issue it was worth its weight in gold!!
