Hope and Natalie spent the day with us performing a Deep Clean and they were absolutely lovely! They worked so well together and did a spectacular job!! So much so that we signed up for bi-monthly service and asked for them to be our team. Natalie has since returned with another spectacular result. Looking forward to many more!!

We are so happy with the service, care and detail that Cinderella’s cleaning provided! We worked with Michael to first evaluate our home and needs, where he learned about us and our home. He was super kind and detailed with our requests.

We then had Alyssa do our cleaning and she was so thoughtful. Since we have skin sensitivities to chemicals, she used our approved and provided cleaning materials and was very mindful of our household needs. She went above and beyond and made our house look spotless!

Alyssa has been cleaning our house bi weekly for a few months now and she's the best! Her attention to detail is impeccable. With a large shedding dog and two kids, our house gets a bit dirty but she makes it sparkle every time. We also have floor to ceiling glass in our primary shower with lots of hard water spots and she leaves the glass looking like it had just been installed. My previous house cleaner was not able to make it look even half as good. Thank you, Alyssa!!

I have had Cinderella's cleaning services now for more than 6 months on a bi-weekly basis. Hope is my regular cleaner, and she does an amazing job, always checking in on what are priorities. Plus, she gets along great with the dog. Today, I had Alyssa come, and she took the time to clean all of the vents, check on what needed to be done, and also say hello to my dog (getting along with the dog is a high priority. The advantage of this service is that if one person is not available, they can send another. The prices are high, but the reliability and the house being CLEAN are worth it.

When I entered the house after the cleaning, I was blown away by how nice the house looked. It was absolutely ready for sale. The staff at Cinderella’s are some of the most personable people possible. Very hands on, I get a text message after every cleaning and they are extremely diligent about updating my account notes to reflect the needs of my home. My main person is so thorough and cleans the heck out of my place every time she comes in. I LOVE coming home from work after a cleaning it is the best feeling in the world.

They check in regularly to ensure that I am happy, and will make changes and adjustments without hesitation to ensure I have the best experience and service. Right now, we have Hannah coming to our home biweekly, and she is wonderful! She seems to genuinely love cleaning, making our chaotic house with 3 young kids and a dog feel like a well-organized home. Even the hard to reach/notice corners of bathrooms and dusting areas are cleaned. And she has the sweetest little touches, like making my kids' toys peak out of places on their bookshelves. She works efficiently and thoroughly, and I whole-heartedly enjoy our conversations on days when she is at our home. Not only is the cleaning service great, but my overall client experience is fantastic. I have used 2 other services in the area and I can't say enough good things about Cinderella's and about Hannah! There is NO other cleaning service in the Austin area who is doing deep cleaning like this company. Period. The job they did on my make-ready deep clean was unreal. It looked like they completely repainted my baseboards. The attention to detail was on another level. Jayden, Gerald, and Liel worked tirelessly on my house for 9 hours and when they were finished it looked like a brand new build.
