I have a service contract and was proactively contacted for my semi-annual service. Dustin texted to let me know on the day of my appointment that he was on his way. Dustin explained what he was doing and all findings. He was very friendly, prompt and communicative.

Arctic Air has inspected and maintained our HVAC system for over 20 years, with excellent service by both Scott, first and Tana, now. Great company to work with. I strongly encourage supporting our local Georgetown businesses.

Dustin and Tana showed up, diagnosed the problem with my HVAC fast and were able to fix it same day. They wrote up very specific details of the issue so that I would be able submit to my builder. I have already recommended to my friends and neighbors for HVAC issues! Also, always great receiving service from Veterans.

Updated December 1st, 2025: We just had Scott out for a furnace check before cold season hits. Once again we rate our experience 10 out of 10! Scott spent more time than other service techs looking over everything and even discovered a setting that was left in place from the original installation (by a different company) that was causing us to use more gas than necessary. Scott is very thorough and trustworthy. We appreciate Arctic Air Company fitting us in their schedule so quickly. As before, we highly recommend Scott to everybody! Thanks to Madison as well for being flexible in our scheduling. We definitely found our HVAC company.

Scott was amazing! Everyone involved with our experience with Arctic Air Company was awesome!. Madison and Katherine worked to schedule a diagnostic visit and they were both extremely nice and professional. We were lucky to have Scott come out for a second opinion diagnostic. Katherine explained that Scott is the top in the industry and after today's visit I can believe it! In a very short amount of time Scott was able to diagnose a very rare condition that was occurring with our air conditioner. He was actually able to save us a costly repair by realizing the rare condition was occurring, and how to counteract it should it ever occur again. Ultimately, there was nothing wrong with our air conditioner and we appreciate the straightforward and honest diagnosis. We had another company scheduled to come out again only 4 days after the other company had already been out. We are happy we reached out to Arctic Air because Scott was able to come out a day earlier and solve it in a matter of minutes. 10 out of 10 rating if we could go that high! This company is amazing! AC stopped working yesterday and I called in the afternoon to see if they would be available to take a look. Katherine was very friendly and helpful with booking the appointment next day. Scott arrived ahead of schedule and was able to easily troubleshoot and replace a part that was causing the fan to not work. He also provided some helpful tips to prevent a future issue. I will be using them in the future for yearly servicing and will continue to be a customer. Their overall customer service is outstanding! Thank you!

Arctic’s service from start to finish was professional, timely and courteous as well. The service mechanic was polite, accurate and didn’t try to over sell me parts or pieces I didn’t need, which some companies encourage. Thank you Arctic Air, I’ll recommend you to all my friends!

Scott and Catherine put in a new unit for us a few years back. We sold that house and moved, yet they still answered when I called to ask a troubleshooting question about our new home AC. Amazing people!

Exceptional service whenever I have called them. They are on time, do thorough work, and patiently answer all my questions. Most recently, my heat went out during a 19 degree freeze. Dustin arrived the same day and re-set the thermostat. He even came back to test it again before saying the job was done. Highly recommend!

Arctic Air was fantastic at diagnosing and fixing the AC issues at my place. Where previous AC companies did not seem to put the effort to diagnose my AC, Tana from Arctic Air was quick at finding, explaining, and resolving my issues. I'm grateful for their service and would gladly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

I fully trust Artic Air Company, the owner and staff are great and so helpful.
In August 2020, another A/C company came when my unit quit. That one told me it was not fixable, prepared a quote to install a new one, but I didn't commit then as he expected.
Fortunately I found Artic Air, Scott came, and Scott quickly diagnosed and solved the problem right away at little cost of service call. That saved me tremendous cost.
I've had him come yearly since then. Both he and the serviceman, Tana, are both knowledgeable and trustworthy. They are good at diagnosing the true problem and fixing it when needed.
I’ve used Artic Air ever since and last yr signed up for twice a year maintenance service which is better than waiting until an unexpected problem occurs at a most inconvient time. And that old
Heating/Cooling system is still working well.
Regular maintenance is better than than having bought a new one 5 yrs ago😊🥰

Madison was very nice and professional. She got me scheduled right away and even made changes to help accommodate me with a earlier time. My service contractor Tana Bushnell was on time,professional and knowledgeable. He found the issue and explained what happened. He fixed our AC issue and we are thankful for their excellent customer service. I would recommend them.

Tana and Dustin were professional, polite and efficient! They repaired my AC very quickly and checked all vents for airflow. They were even able to save us $200 off our initial estimate! Thank you Tana and Dustin!

I am always skeptical when I see a five star review on these sites. This was actually the second company I called to request an estimate. They were thorough, quick, and honest. So was the other company, but arctic was a lot less expensive with the exact same procedure. We planned out the date and they showed up ready to go. The process was quick and within no time we had new ductwork and the AC was back on. A big thanks to Artic and all their employees. Worth every Penny and deserves all 5 stars!

We had a great experience working with Arctic Air Co. We bought a Mitsubishi 2-ton split unit in November 2023 from Georgetown Air Conditioning. After eight months the unit stopped working, and we learned the company went bankrupt. Blue Ribbon Heating and Air bought the company. Over the space of four months, Blue Ribbon misdiagnosed the problem on four separate occasions. The technicians were not trained by Mitsubishi and the management was unresponsive to our requests to resolve the problem. After four months of waiting, we sacrificed the financial benefits of the warranty and contacted Arctic Air Conditioning and Heating. They diagnosed the problem in 45 minutes and repaired the unit within three days.
We highly recommend Arctic Air Conditioning and Heating for their professionalism and responsiveness.

Excellent responsiveness and great price! When our 22 year old unit died, they were kind enough to offer us a portable unit until an installation could take place. Their technician even squeezed us in late in the day to make sure we got a diagnostic done so we could get moving and cool again. They are the kindest, most honest, caring people you could hope to work with. Hire them. They’re worth it!

Arctic Air Company are my go to for all things air conditioning because of their excellent and personable service. They take time to troubleshoot to identify root cause of the issue before repairs to ensure they provide the most cost effective solution.

I called Arctic air after seeing they Had all five star reviews. I like the fact that they were veteran owned and use all American made parts. Tana was the Service Tech. he replaced the capacitor in just a few minutes, and the system was up and running perfectly. A lot of times companies will come out and even though it’s something as simple and inexpensive as a capacitor, they will tell customers that their motor, condenser, etc., etc. is bad and try to charge them thousands of dollars for new parts or units. That’s something to happen to my 85-year-old elderly dad a few years back. We definitely use them again and recommend them.

We’ve used and trusted Arctic Air for over 25 yrs starting back with Scott’s dad. His mom made the appointments. We were always more than satisfied. They always make us feel like we are more than just customers. They are honest, dependable, hard working and very, very good at what they do! I highly recommended them.
