These guys just cleaned our 5,000+ sq ft home and it looks great!!! Crew came in and tackled the job professionally within a decent time and left nothing untouched!!! Thank you guy's (Ryan and Morgani)!!!

The company sent Yasmin out to do a deep clean of my house & she did an incredible job. My laminate floors had sticky stuff on them that I could not get up but she mad my floor shine & look clean. It's 4 hours for one person on a deep clean. I had to pay an extra $55 for another hour but she cleans so thoroughly that it's worth it. My house smells good & she made sure she completed everything I wanted her to. Compared to Merry Maids for the same service ,. They are much more qualified.

DO NOT HIRE THEM! They are SO unprofessional. I found them on Thumbtack under the false advertisement of $60/hour. When I reached out to them, they quoted me $80/hour, they said that the $60/hour does not include the truck. What? Ok, whatever, fine. I asked if they were available. I was told that they would check their availability, but I did not hear back from them. No one got back to me for days, so I reached out and asked them again for their availability. I was told that they were available on the day that I needed them, but that they were only available at 3pm. FINE. I booked. THE DAY OF, they cancelled! I was told that they would not be able to move that day, and they had to cancel. That the earliest they could get me in, wouldn't be until three days later. THEN, they asked if I wanted to reschedule for then. Are you kidding? Abso-effin-lutely NOT!

Don’t book service with them. Especially when you tight timelines. They never show and respond to the calls. Dont waste your time , they’re not reliable.

I requested for a move out service on sunday and these guys accepted the time between 12-1. When i called around 1 they informed that the cleaning lady is going to be little late which was fine by me. I waited till 3 and she didnt arrive. And till 3 i was calling the them every 2 minutes but no response. Later after 3 pm they contacted me and informed that the cleaning lady had some family emergency and they can reschedule it for Tuesday morning 8-9. We were ok with this reschedule too.

Now comes the best part, they someone else’s bad review online seeing someone else review , they thought by themselves that we dont want the service and they canceled the booking without informing. They never contacted us and in between Sunday and Tuesday to ask whether we canceled the request.
I was receiving message on Monday that the cleaner got assigned to me.

This is the worst part on them and please never take this service.

A few years back I had them move my furniture 2 blocks (they also were doing moving then too apparently). They heavily damaged a very expensive desk of mine by dropping it off the truck. I had to bring them to court to get a judgement that they never paid. DO NOT use this company at any costs. Heed the reviews.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. The driver was 1.5 hours late with no call(Joshua Malcolm). No call until after I called to inquire where the movers were. The coordinator had my information mixed up with someone else's inventory. Joshua Malcolm was missing in action for approximately 20 minutes while his partner was slow to move up and down AN ELEVATOR with one small glass top or headboard. Also all of my boxes which totaled

-8,2 lg 6 med to small, my bed and washer/ dryer were situated with a clear walking path for loading in my living room. No disassembling of ANYTHING. Yet Joshua Malcolm of Candice Cleaners milked the time for over 2 hrs at my pickup location and left virtually no time at drop off. Thus, forcing me to end my time sooner and my furniture dropped at the bottom of my new apartment. This should not have been the case, had time been spent wisely moving my items, rather than Joshua Malcolm spending time on his phone, my move could have been completed in the 2 hrs allotted. My advice, please select any other moving company other than Candice Cleaners LLC!!!!

This company's cleaning service, originally, were pretty good, but my wife and I had dealt with recent workers (that were claimed to be newly employed by this company) that tried to cut corners in their cleaning service. What's worse about this is the disrespect we received as we realized the workers left our residence without notice with certain things not accomplished as contracted to do.

My wife talked to their management and their management said that they would provide a partial refund and secondarily a discount towards any service we would request in the future. This post is made a week after being told by their management, and do you know that their resolution to make things right has NOT been fulfilled?!? Not a partial refund has yet come! Not only that, when we call the number in this Google search, it gives us the disconnected line tone and says this number is no longer in service.

This company is straight TRASH!

This is an email I recently sent to this outfit:
On August 28 I had cleaning service scheduled which I had prepaid in good faith. I waited 3 1/2 hours past your window of arrival in an empty house.
Multiple texts with Amy led to promises and excuses. I finally gave up waiting and requested a refund from Amy. She started producing more excuses. Now, 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the refund.
Please expedite the refund of 350.00 as soon as possible.
