I have used them for every thing. Mr. Marshall is very knowledgeable and will shoot to you straight. Jack Soleman has no clue what he is talking about. The company and guys will bend over backwards to help you and make every thing work. they are the only Electrical company I will every use.

Were prompt, professional and great to work with. I highly recommend this company as they do a great service at a reasonable price.

They are always kind and helpful. I had electrical mystery that couldn't be found. So they took the time to reroute my wiring to bypass the the bad area. All was done in a couple hrs and at a great price!!

Highly recommend!! Same day I called, they were here! Easy fix in less than a hour and money well worth their time to come and repair. Very friendly, explained the issues while repairs were done, checked all areas and everything is back to working like new. You won't be disappointed.

We have been using Marshall's electric for 8 years and they have exceeded our expectations every single time. Today, Ralph and Tieler came out to change out our outlets for a new built in. This required them to raise FIVE outlets. They also offered to raise the cable cords too, which took that off my husbands to-do list. These guys are so funny and personal and you can tell they love their job. They were such a pleasure to have here. They are the only contractors I actually look forward to calling for help because I know it will be a job well done and I won't be sobbing over my invoice when they are done.
Today, I had drawn the lay-out with chalk showing how the built in was going to be laid out. Tieler asked to look at the engineering drawings and noticed that I didn't take into account the auto filler! This made my chalk layout off by six inches! Thank Goodness he was experienced enough to read the drawings correctly to ensure the outlets are exactly where they need to go. I couldn't be happier! Please do yourself a huge favor by trying them when you have electrical needs.

Tyler and Vinny showed up promptly on time. I reviewed what I needed them to do. They told me their plan, were most courteous, did neat work and my dogs loved them. I highly recommend!!!!

I cannot express in words how grateful I am to Warren and all of the Marshall’s crew. They have been upfront, honest and down to earth. As a woman I have been walked over by too many contractors and other electricians in Hood County but NOT them. They have done two big projects for me so far and have not only educated me, advised me and really helped me. They also have been very prompt and courteous. Definitely recommend. Projects have included wiring a new dock, correcting electrical issues with sprinklers and old breaker box (which was nightmarish) and potentially a fire hazard.

These young men sure know how to make an old lady happy! All of the outlets to half of my home stopped working and Vinny and his sidekick, the heavyset blonde boys whose name I didn’t catch, showed up on time, found the problem and fixed it all while I had lunch. Talk about dinner and a show! That Vinny is quite nice to look at and it’s so good that they let high school students work towards a career on summer break.

Absolutely fantastic service! I recently hired Marshall’s Electrical Services for some electrical work in an apartment building damaged by a recent fire, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the initial consultation to the finished job, they were punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured that the work was done to the highest standards. Damian, Tyler, and the rest of their crew were efficient, friendly, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I'm so dissapointed that Marshall's Electrical Service has turned out to be such a poor quality of bussiness here in Granbury.
The Owner of this company and his employee's have the worst manners around and are not very dependable.
I believe that the owner is an alcoholic and can not hold his temper in public. I will not give them another shot at doing bussiness with myself or my family.
I will however try to close them down,by passing the word around,
anyone with this kind of ethics should not be in bussiness here in Granbury or any where else.
Poor Poor Service

This service was to fix a doorbell. I was billed for two hours, a replacement part and a walk away with still no doorbell for 330 dollars.. I think their services are extremely expensive Time-wise for not getting the product that you’d expect on a relatively simple thing that electricians can do. I did buy a new doorbell and they installed it.
