This was a return visit for a continuing problem. They have been great on coming back to fix this problem that has been giving problems. There was no charge on this visit. This company is fantastic on working with the customer. They are very friendly and helpful.

I cannot say enough good things about Aire Serv of Granbury! After many failed attempts with other companies who never ever returned our phone calls, Emmy and John responded immediately! Emmy, the awesome office manager returned my phone at 9pm! I left a message with their awesome AI person and Emmy responded immediately! She then hooked us up with John who also was amazing. He diagnosed our problem, order the necessary parts and had it fixed in 3 days and on a Saturday. They are the friendliest most trustworthy company I have ever used and highly recommended them for any of your HVAC needs.

I recently had Aire Serv come out and take a look at my air handler as a recent lightning storm had happened and the fan on the system wouldn't shut off. They sent out a tech named Ryan that same day. Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful to us getting the issue resolved, including even looking into our system to see if our unit was still under warranty. A few days later we received a follow up from Jenna to make sure we were taken care of and was satisfied with everything. Will definitely use them again for any hvac issues that may come up.

Charlie Patty - Very professional, courteous, personable. Worked overtime to complete the job. Very satisfied. Would use Aireserv for future work.

Charlie Patty did a superb job of communicating to my wife and me about the needed repairs vs.replacement costs regarding our heating/air conditioning system.

Ryan Nelson showed up on time and ready to work. He was very communicative and did not complete any work without our consent. Very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely will be using Airserv and Ryan in the future.

Charlie was great per usual, identified the leaking water heater quickly and walked me through the options nice and professionally

John was great. Found the problem was a blown breaker. Went to Granbury to get one and back to replace. I have a working HVAC now. Thank you John

The whole Aire Serv team was extremely helpful from start to finish. Emmy answered the phone and held our hands the whole way through. Tanner came out in the evening to talk with us about which system would be best for our home, and had some really awesome financing options to choose from. Tony, Kyle, and Kaleb worked hard to get our system installed and our house cool on the first hot day of the year. Aire Serv went above and beyond to make sure that our family would be comfortable, and we will never use anyone else.

Excellent service every time. I have a maintenance plan with them for several years now. All the techs are super nice and very helpful. When I needed help with a UCS form Jennifer Earlston was very friendly and helpful, too. Their staff and service is great.

Update: Jennifer is always so helpful, love my last tech, Joseph, super friendly and did not try and sell me something I did not need.

Charlie Patty was very efficient and easy to understand! He has been very patient through my financing application and helped me to understand what I needed expertly! I hope I can keep him as my regular maintenance technician! Aire Serv and Charlie Patty are superb at conducting HVAC business!

AireServ was quick to get a service professional, Ryan Nelson, out on a same day request to repair the AC at my rental property. He called and explained the repair options as well as informed me of recommended upcoming maintenance. I really appreciated the speed of service and great communication.
