I was clueless when our AC seemed to be having a problem keeping the house cool. James was so helpful with diagnosing the problem, ordering the parts, and making the repairs. I'm thankful to have called Texas Made Air Conditioning. They were helpful, honest, and very professional. I'll call them again in the future.

Such a wonderful experience during a stressful time. Started this whole process thinking "bigger must be better". So had nationwide hvac contractor out of Ft Worth provide me with a bid. Air**. Won't state entire name. My experience with them was not good. Attempted to sell me much more than what was called for. Texas Made was friendly and personal. James was my first contact and he was courteous and thorough, I felt he was honest and informative. Bret Curry came out and performed an assessment of what my needs were for my living space. Called within minutes of leaving, informing me that he felt they could meet my needs within the budget that I needed. Bret is amazingly personable. Within days the crew were here to change out and install my new system. Jayden was very professional. He and his co-workers were so courteous and worked efficiently and kept me updated throughout the day. I am so thankful and blessed that I found them. Oh, and that was because of someone who recommended them. I also would highly recommend this company. Bigger is most certainly not always better.

Called in for a maintenance check since we had a contract or our house to sell. Caleb explained and broken down how much would it cost for everything to be done. I was very satisfied with their professionalism, very friendly guys.
As soon as we move to the house. I will have you guys to maintain our new house AC and heating.

I could not be any happier with Texas Made! Everyone from the office help to the technicians were very nice and professional. They make you feel like family and were out to look at my air conditioner right away. The price for their work was also very reasonable. I give them an A plus!!!

We have always had top notch service from Texas Made A/C. Cody came out for an issue we couldn't get any other company to fix and go over with us. Within an hour he had everything going and gave us very useful information no one else had. Highly recommend them for your needs.

James with Texas Made A/C responded quickly to our cry for help when our a/c stopped working. Within a few minutes he knew why and how to repair it. In a short time it was completed and cooling again. James was very friendly and knows his stuff. Office personnel was friendly also. Great company and would recommend to anyone.

I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars for this company. I placed a call around 11:30!pm and the tech, Justin Phillips, had resolved the issue and had the system working by 12:30am. Kudos for an outstanding job. Texas Made is lucky to have such an outstanding technician.

We had a competitor out 1st who ended up telling us all was good with our system. We knew there was a problem & decided to get a 2nd opinion. James listened to our many questions & gave easy to understand answers. We indeed had an issue that needed repair. He also gave us extra recommendations that were very helpful in keeping our house cooler during the 100+ heat.

We had the most professional and honest repairman, James. We recently moved into a fixer upper and he answered all the questions I had about our unit. He got our AC back up and running the same day as our call and made sure our system was in good working condition. He changed our filter and cleaned the outside unit. I would recommend him to anyone needing AC/heating service.

The technicians are quality people who can think independently , diagnose problems and fix them. I will use them again and recommend them to those in need. I support small businesses and this is a good one. I want to recognize Justin the tech that came out today. Genuine Good Guy !!! Also I hold the owner Mr. Daffan in High Regard. He has a lot of Integrity !!!

Renewed our annual contract for year 4, and still getting the same reliable, friendly service. Caleb is always on-time, thorough, and knows what he's doing. So thankful for dependable service from a company and tech we trust!

I called at 8:30 on a Monday morning, James was there by 4 that afternoon, and the issue was fixed by 5 pm. A secondary, non-related issue occurred the next week. Again, James came out, diagnosed the new issue, and had a working fix same-day. A new part was ordered and the replacement was made later that week. I appreciate the automated texts to let me know that the tech is on the way, and I was very pleased with how quickly everything was handled. James was patient and kind with both children and dogs underfoot. I will continue to use Texas Made.

TJ and Tyler did a great job along with James diagnosing the issue.
They kepty my tenant informed and ordered the unit and installed asap. I will now use them to maintain all 12 units.

Caleb was my service tech and he did an amazing job. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes of arriving and fixed it in about 15-20 minutes. His conduct throughout the time was very professional as he explained everything he was doing and why with a very friendly attitude. I highly recommend this company for any of your ac or heating problems or just for yearly maintenance on your systems. I will definitely be using them for any future problems I may have.

What a great company. Beginning with Whitney in the office, an absolutely delightful lady. She arranged for the technician to come out between 3-5:00 the same afternoon I called. The techs, Caleb and his assistant, Ronnie, arrived at 4:15, and were able to fix the AC problem quickly. Everyone I dealt with at Texas Made was wonderful. I would recommend to anyone and will use them again. Thank you Texas Made and Whitney, Caleb and Ronnie.

Very happy with the service. James was thorough and very knowledgeable on my old system. He explained everything that was wrong and what was needed to get my AC cooling again. After he made the repairs, the unit is cooling the house great. Will not hesitate to use and recommend Texas Made Air Conditioning.

Hands down, this was one of the best service experiences ever! I had a brief interaction the day before my service with an employee on a service call for my neighbor. The technician, Brycen, was very polite, professional and knowledgeable and he suggested I call the next morning to schedule an appointment. When I called, Sarah was equally a pleasure to work with! She was very thorough in gathering my information, the issue at hand and providing information as to what to expect for the service call. Then believe it or not...3 for 3...Caleb arrived on time (actually earlier in the appointment window than expected) and was even more knowledgeable, professional, kind, polite and patient. He spoke to my husband so we could all stay on the same page and had everything up and running in no time. All at a very FAIR PRICE! I 100% recommend Texas Made for your AC needs!!
