Justin was very professional and courteous when fixing my ceiling fan. He did a great job and quickly replaced my ceiling fan.

I had ductwork done and dozens of holes in the ceiling. Herndon patched the holes, textured and painted and it was better than new. Have used them to paint several houses to perfection! They are always my first call

My wooden fence had seen its better days.
Herndon Services came to my rescue and replaced it with a beautiful cedar board on board fence. It looks beautiful! Samuel kept me updated during the whole time and completed it as scheduled!
I will be using them again in the spring.
My recommendation is Herndon Services…Great company to work with!

Samuel Herndon is an exceptional carpenter who takes great pride in his work. Whether it’s building fences, in closing a garage, handling roofing projects, or tackling a variety of other jobs, his craftsmanship and attention to detail are unmatched. I highly recommend him for any carpentry needs.

One of the most unprofessional services I have ever seen. The lady on the phone is extremely rude. She hung up on me and shouted on me when I called the services for a follow up. Would not recommend at all. If there was any negative stars would have given the same.

Had work done for kitchen,garage, bathroom and laundry area.... zero par work and incomplete work.. No accountability on actions for work not completed and delays on work that should have taken 3 months and took 10 months and no pride in work done... Do NOT use this company...

Set up an appointment through our home warranty. Our appointment time from 11:00-3:00 was confirmed and they never showed up, called or called back after leaving several messages. How professional does that sound?🤷🏽‍♀️

This business is not to be used or trusted. They were recommended by my home warranty company but would not come out unless I paid their full price. Now, after several weeks they can't/won't provide me with a detailed invoice of any type so I can submit it to my insurance company for resolution. AND, they never fixed the problem and I have spent several weeks trying to get resolution.

I was to use this company for electrical work through my warranty company. I was given the option to rank my possible service dates from Monday morning, afternoon, or Tuesday morning. I did and sent them back only to get an email Friday night that the appointment was scheduled for Saturday afternoon. OK changed my plans to accommodate but they never showed. Called on Saturday morning to confirm and left message but was not returned. Monday I call and leave message to see if maybe they will show up. Not returned again and nobody showed. Contact warranty company and was informed they had appointment showing for Tuesday. Received email from Herndon Monday night that appointment is canceled. Not sure which appointment they were referring to but out of confusion I waited Tuesday as well but no show no callback. Thankfully warranty company moved me on to another company. At the very worst return your calls please and let customer know what is going on.
