Houk replaced my 2.5 ton unit for my home that finally died. They got to my place within the week, and the quality of work they did replacing my ducts, wiring up, and sealing all my leaks went above and beyond what I expected any company to do.
I cannot recommend this company enough for their work ethic, respect, and price.

The tech arrived on site & knew exactly what needed done. He had the unit working properly very quickly, I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Houk A/C & the expertise of the service tech!!

We just had both upstairs and downstairs units replaced about a month ago and I’m just getting around to writing this review.

I worked primarily with Preston who was not only extremely professional, but very easy to work with. He answered any and all questions both my fiancée and I had, and visited the site before the install to be sure the crews had everything they needed, and I mean everything. The members of both crews included Jesse, Juan, Jose, and Gio.

Preston took the time to listen to our concerns and helped us plan out what needed to be done in order to better distribute air throughout our home, which meant ductwork.

Even so, they were able to install BOTH units in one day. They were even done before 5pm!
I know it was during a slow part of the year for them, but I was still impressed at just how fast they were able to get us up and running, especially since they also replaced/adjusted some of the ductwork.

The crew was helpful as well, even answering the questions I had like in regards to how to change filter myself if I wanted to, or even about the new thermostat.

And the units, WOW. That’s all I can say. They use Trane systems and boy do they work. Not only that, but they’re efficient too. We’re using the single stage and even those are leagues better than what we had before.

The stellar ratings on Google are definitely well deserved! Thank you Houk for helping to make our home more enjoyable to live in. We can’t thank you enough!

Over my 40+ years of home ownership, I have never had a more professional residential HVAC firm. When we bought our current residence 4 years ago they were the incumbent HVAC provider. Since then they have provide the routine maintenance and replaced a unit in another home that we purchased. They are the best!!

During one of my scheduled maintenance visits, organic growth, rust, etc. was identified and resolved same day. Service has been great; professional, on-time and Parwez Sharifi did a great job!

We had an excellent experience with the installation of a new ac system. From the first call to the installation itself was seamless. The office staff is wonderful with questions and the 2 men who did the installation were so respectful of our home. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Installed new Heat Pump for downstairs. Install Date 9/23/25. Got 3 estimates. One estimate was like getting a final price on a use car. (Let me talk to my manager to see what I can do. I hate this sales approach.) We received quotes from 3 companies. The quote from Houk was based on (Good, Better and Best). No heavy sales pitch. Purchased 10 year parts and labor warranty at an additional cost. The unit that was replaced was dripping in the pan at air handler and needed freon again after freon was added in December. Unit was 15 years old. We chose the "better unit". Install was very professional and done with care. Went in attic after install and was very happy. We will see what the challenges of the years to come will bring. (Five star for a good start.) Don't buy from a representative of AC Company who acts like a use car salesman. Also read your warranty very carefully. Make sure you know what you are purchasing.

Houk’s Chris came out to service our HVAC unit for the fall/winter season and as always he went above and beyond to answer our questions and explain in detail the services. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. I’ve been a customer for two years and from scheduling to service everyone does their best to provide top notch service! I highly recommend Houk for any HVAC needs in your home!

Houk’s team is always very helpful and professional. The subscription service for biannual maintenance is well worth it. They give fair prices for repairs and are thorough in their evaluations.

Houk air-conditioning originally put in the system when the house was built five years ago. We have had little no problems ever since. We had a small issue with a clogged drain pipe. Samuel came out immediately to diagnose it. He then communicated with us what the problem was and the solution. He was able to get it done and clean out the additional units in our system. The cost was minimal and service was impeccable.

Houk has done a great job responding to my AC/Heat issues. Their techs have all been friendly, with Chris having done a fantastic job on my most recent maintenance.

The tech was very professional and personal! He knew the unit information before arrival and was able to resolve the issue and do fall PM in a timely matter. He let us know of a new feature to help eliminate dust in the home and we will consider down the road . It is people like him that make a great reputation for Houk.
