We have used LD Goss for over 20 years, in 4 different houses. He has always went above and beyond and gives excellent service.

I have used Mr. Goss for over 20 years and he is honest, reliable, and has always fixed any issues the same day. He installed a new system in our home over 23 years ago and it still works perfect. Only had a couple of small parts replaced due to wear. Anytime you have an emergency he will be there on time. Great customer service.

Pros:
-Came fast when I needed a diagnosis

Cons:
-Sporadic replies and eventually stopped replying
-I asked for multiple quotes and Goss never got back to me
-Charges $75 for diagnosis while other servicers offer free diagnosis and consultation . Wish I was disclosed this prior to having him come out
