Sammi has always tried to find the route cause of the problem instead of just trying to do the band aid fix. When we had to get our interior and exterior units replaced he and his team were willing to stay later than they planned to make sure the job was done and cleanup complete in 1 day instead of coming back. We appreciate everything he has done for us.

Sammi was very professional and courteous during the installation of my new AC/heating unit. The install and the disposal of the old unit was done so efficiently that I couldn’t even tell that I had major work done at my residence. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Had some issues with a replacement unit that no one else seemed to be able to figure out. They helped with several warranty replacement parts, and performed the services at a reasonable price. Happy to have the very odd 2 year issue resolved for good. Sami has always been friendly and fair, even when dealing with a frustrated person (myself) to be fair the issue was more of a goodman issue not really and luxe air issue. Side note avoid goodman hvac... products

By far the best HVAC Technician in DFW. Just last year I had clients close on a home purchase and quickly had a random hvac company out who went on to tell them the system was so dirty that they needed a deep clean and to take the unit apart to clean it properly (2017 house) for $3,600. Luckily they called me, had Sami out who came out right away, inspected the entire unit and confirmed my suspicions that the first company tried taking advantage of them. Blessed to have Sami and Luxe Air

Sami at Luxe Air is my go to for all my HVAC needs. I recommend him to all my clients because of his honesty and integrity. This make a easy referral. I just had Sami do a tuneup and check on my personal home and my rental house. Not only did he service the units but made me aware of potential repairs that could be needed in the future and made me aware of the costs. No upselling or un needed repairs.

Sami has done HVAC work and inspections for dozens of our real estate clients over the last few years, including our own homes!

He does a great job with fair pricing but he's also an ethical person. He doesn't try to upsell or take advantage of anyone. We have an older, single woman client who was told she needed a whole new system by another HVAC company and Sami was able to fix the problem for a few hundred dollars instead. We recommend him to everyone because we know he holds our same values and treats our clients fairly and respectfully.

Sami is the best! I’ve used so many different HVAC companies in my day and I can say hands down, he is the most honest and upfront of them all! His prices are more than fair and the work is excellent. I don’t write reviews often, but felt compelled to due to the level of service experienced with him.

Bought a house that in the agreement required HVAC servicing. Per the invoice, the technician came out and checked the house but did no repairs since the house was the same temperature
It’s that the thermostat was set to. Maybe consider the time you arrive at and how much effort might have been required by the unit before calling everything okay. Had to pay for actual HVAC service on my own. Needless to say, it wasn’t with Luxe. Veterans AC is far more reliable.

Took over a month and still never fixed. Last 2 weeks Sami wouldnt even respond. Thanks for preventing AC to my family..... in Texas..... in July.
