I. Called my insurance yesterday and they stated they will not have any one available until next Friday.!!! Then. I hold my insurance. That I have my water heater leaking and not heating correctly. That I will not wait until next week. If they could find another provider. That will take care my issue!!! Then my insurance called me back and stated that 3 d plumbing will be available the next day. So they did;!!! Call me early the next day and innstalled a new water heater. With no issues and very quickly. That's what I call service. I. Have other properties. In the area if needed services in the future . You can count. With my business. !! Rob was very helpful in advising us, and in getting the water heater of our choice.He was easy to work with and to talk through our concerns. When he found out that we were without hot water, he expressed sympathy and moved forward efficiently to get us back in working order.

Over the weekend I detected a leak under the kitchen sink. It turned out worse than just a minimal leak which is incredibly frustrating since I wasn't able to use the sink and dishwasher. I was stressed but luckily 2D once again alleviated my stress and worries. I sent a request Sunday afternoon and got a response first thing Monday morning. They had a true critical issue with another customer (flooding I believe) and completed that job and immediately came to fix mine. These folks were knowledgeable, patient and efficient. They arrived, surveyed issue and had proper parts to fix and concluded their work within a couple hours. They have all my plumbing business from here on out!

These guys are the best plumbers ever. My wife is a realtor so we have used many plumbers. This group from start to finish have been by far the best. They are truly in a league of there own. They where on time and did just an amazing job. Jaime was our tech and he was so meticulous and clean. He kept the walkway clear, as I need a cane most days it is important. He was so professional and communicated every step. Jerry, his boss was also amazing and kept us in the loop for every step. We could not have been more pleased. These guys all deserve a raise!! Best plumbers in dallas hands down.

We had an ordeal trying to find a quality and responsive plumber until we called 2D Plumbing & Mechanical. I spoke to Rob personally and he immediately got Nick the technician onsite for an evaluation and he was able to repair our leaking/broken toilet within a couple hours. Atmos Energy found my outside gas meter was not holding pressure so they turned my gas off until repairs could be done. I googled plumbing companies that have expertise in gas leak locators and repairs and thats when I found Controlled Plumbing and I am so glad I did. I called and spoke to Robert who answer my 1st call. He walked me through what the entire process was going to be, we scheduled the time, they came out the next day and the process began. Great experience! They replaced our 20 yr old water heater in our home. Herminio and Agusto were great! Herminio was knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself, which I really appreciated.
Also the installation of the tank comes with a 1 yr warranty and the tank itself comes with a 6 yr warranty. Thank you!
