Repa plumbing has always been great, they show up when they're supposed to, do their job and everything works after that. Sorta like magic.

It's been about 4 years since I bought PVC and I thought the prices were a little high but come to find out they were very competitive. A good place to shop small and bypass the big box stores.

100% great. Never a problem.
These folks come out and fix the problem. They don't try to find things to up charge you for.

I have been ripped off in the past by less scrupulous plumbing and hvac companies until my neighbor recommended REPA. They are the best. They always come out quickly and their rates are more than fair. I normally only give reviews if something is really bad. But these guys are SO GOOD that I had to write this. If it wasn't for these guys I would have completely lost faith in the industry. Thank you REPA for always being fair with the cost and super effective with the repairs. I will never use another company.

I used Repa to install a brand new A/C and Heater unit (6k) less then a year ago. Had to call them back out due to a fan outside that wouldn't turn off. I was told there was a circuit board with a loose pin and the air filter was dirty. Replaced both and that wasn't the problem. Was told they were gonna have to talk to a senior installer and brainstorm to figure out what was wrong and come back in the morning. Turns out they completely missed a step in the wiring when they installed it and that was the problem. They fixed it. The installers took full responsibility and apologized. We shook hands and that was that. Until I got an invoice the next week for over 200 bucks. 197 was in labor. I call to get an explanation and was told they would adjust it to 157 for labor and the two air filters witch I didn't ask for an extra one it was given to me in context that it's just an extra one for the trouble and if there's any discrepancy In our utilities due to the fan staying on. Not the case they charged me for both filters and that's fine. But 157 bucks in labor on a mistake they made doesn't sit well with me. Mind you the heater was working fine before they got here the fan was just staying on due to a wire issue. I'll definitely think twice before I call Repa again for any service.
