I called Steven this morning when my dryer suddenly stopped drying, and he was out to my house within just a few hours—talk about responsive service.

He quickly figured out the issue and explained that it wasn’t actually the dryer itself, but a clog in the vent. He cleared it out, made sure everything was working like it should, and had me back up and running in no time.

He was super kind, easy to work with, and clearly knows what he’s doing. He also gave me a helpful tip about my refrigerator—something he’s seen become a costly issue with certain models—which I really appreciated.

My dryer vent hose was broken during the move and we were unable to use it. Steve was very responsive to come-n-give a quote and he was able to get it fixed in the same visit. It has been 3 weeks since he fix the dryer which is working fine with no issues. He did help to move and adjust the washer position to align with the dryer.

Thank you Steve for your prompt service. I had a bad ice maker that needed replacement. I texted Steve pictures of my fridge and ice maker model and he was over in a few hours with a replacement.
