I had a breaker go out so I called IES who our builder used to wire the home. We could not be any happier with the work done.

Customer service rep setting up our appointment was super nice as well as the guys that came to do the job. They were so nice and just overall happy. Job only took 10 minutes.

We were skeptical at first I admit because of the lack of reviews and the ones left aren’t very positive but I wanted to come on here to say we are very pleased.

It was $114 altogether to change out a breaker. I called other places too, to get more quotes and not a soul could tell me a price over the phone but IES were the only ones that could.

I highly recommend them.

1. Installed fuses in 5 townhomes with fuses that were known to be bad. The manufacturer is offering the parts at no charge.
2. Will not replace the defective fuses for free knowing they were defective
3. Zero safety concern for their choice of fuse supplier.

This outfit is more concerned about 117.00 service fee than the 5 townhomes that have known, faulty fuses where children live.
