Bellomy Heating and Air services our commercial office buildings. They are always honest, hard-working and informative. They do our regularly scheduled maintenance as well as help us update and replace ac units and systems that are old. They always give us a rate quote with several options. Grant or Randy alre always willing to explain everything. They are also very responsive in situations where we have needed something done right away.

The chiller was having constant issues and shutting off, another company made repairs, but still was shutting off. We called BIMS out and he found it just needed the coils cleaned and refrigerant adjusted on it. It's been working better and actually staying on now.
