Corey is a fantastic tech, and we have had a great experience with Comfortland. We used them for a new HVAC unit and continue to use them for semi-annual tune-ups. We have tried a few different companies over the years and this is our favorite!

My heat went out all of a sudden I called your company. You had someone come right out. His His name was Juan. He got the heat up and running right away and gave me a detailed quote for how to fix the unit in the future. He was polite and very thorough and I am very pleased thank you so much.

Ricardo was able to come same day and get everything fixed. My AC went out and he was able to get everything done same day. Very appreciative! He was very kind and professional and got everything done in a timely manner.

Cory and Tyler were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough! They provided a detailed view of the things they found wrong (video footage) and provided recommendations and discussed different options, and helped us find a solution that fit within our budget.

Tunde and Stephen Whittenmore were fantastic and we are looking forward to working with them more. Top-notch professionals with excellent customer service skillsets.

Found Comfort Land through Thumbtack when needing someone to come out day of. Technician, Cory, was professional, courteous, and was able to help us get our house warm before the oncoming cold weather.

Comfort Land responded quickly to my inquiry and their communication was consistent throughout the repair process. Despite being new, Sara in the office was courteous and professional. Martin was an outstanding, respectful and thorough technician. He addressed every concern I presented and responded with kindness and understanding. I definitely would recommend their services and request Martin as your service technician.

My heat pump heater went out yesterday morning, when this company sent out help within 2 hours in the snow and ice weather! I am more impressed when Moore drove to Dallas to get the part and returned in 3 hours to install the replacement heater strips of my heat pump. Besides, Moore walked up the two frozen slopes when his truck was stuck a few blocks away! I call this total service and Tunde Moore is a model serviceman!

Ricardo was extremely professional and so was the team at Comfort Land Heating and Cooling. They showed up on time. They gave me three options for repair. Given the size of the repair, which is no fault of theirs, I have to do a bit of due diligence before deciding on which vendor I choose.

Over the last year I’ve met 3 different Comfort Land technicians and were all extremely professional, competent and conscientious. I feel In all my interactions the pricing was fair and justified. Pictures were taken throughout the diagnostics and presented as part of the proposal. My most recent experiences with both Cory and Ricardo were very positive and would ask for both again.

I want to sincerely thank Comfort Land for the way they handled a very stressful situation after lightning damage to my system. What initially seemed simple turned out to involve multiple low-voltage components, and the team did not walk away from the problem.

Jeff (manager) and Juan (technician) truly went above and beyond to make things right. They were patient, responsive, and thorough, ultimately making my Christmas a joyful one. Most importantly, they stood behind their work and made sure everything was corrected before leaving.

Situations like this are frustrating as a homeowner, but the way a company responds makes all the difference. I really appreciate the professionalism, accountability, and care shown by Jeff and Juan, and I’m grateful for the effort they put in to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied in the end.
