Bryan showed up early and had my heat back on in a flash. Highly recommend this company for all a.c. and heating problems.

Service was very professional and efficient. They arrived in the scheduled window and quickly replaced a capicitor in my unit an got it back up an running.

Our AC has been out for two days in 100 degree weather so we called to make an appointment, and the earliest appointment they had was 4 days out (completely understandable it's summer they are probably busy). They gave me the appointment window time of 9am-11am well that came and went so I called to check up on the delay. The lady on the phone was super nice and said he was close by and should be finishing up his appointment and on to me next. Well an hour went by with nothing so I called again and got no time frame, another hour went by and the same thing, it has now been over 4 hours since our appointment window time and no one can tell me anything. I'm a prisoner in my own home waiting on this dude! I had to call into work because of them. Unacceptable.

Absolutely awful service. Our AC condensation was leaking into our bathroom, which caused the door to swell. We contacted American Home Shield, who assigned the job to this company. The so-called “technician” they sent didn’t even open the trap because “it was flooded.” Without inspecting anything else, he confidently claimed the leak came from the building’s sprinkler system. Of course, they still charged us for this non-service visit.

We then called a handyman — not an AC specialist — who opened the trap in seconds, found the condensation drain clogged, and fixed it immediately.

It is unbelievable how unprepared and careless these “technicians” are. We called the company to complain, but they refused to take responsibility since they had already been paid. Avoid them at all costs.
