We used freedom solar after my dad had a great experience with the company. It was a very smooth process and they have been communicating very well. Our sales person was Brandon Edgley and he was very easy to work with and provided good service and answered all questions we asked. We would recommend this company and Brandon any day!

We chose Freedom Solar after looking at several other solar companies for our home. The main reasons for choosing Freedom Solar were, the company is completely in house with no subcontractors, Apple and Toyota are just a few major companies that also chose Freedom for their solar which was a no brainer for us. The first electric bill from our provider after the solar power was up and running for the month of May total $10.00 and we keep our thermostat at 76 degrees 24/7. The experience was a pleasure beginning with our presentation from Michelle, she was a pleasure to work with and followed us through the complete process. The install team was on time and did a fantastic job, keeping me informed during the process, Kevin the electrician arrived and also did a great job getting the system up and running. Michelle and everyone with Freedom were professional, polite and are highly recommend.

Freedom Solar installed my Solar panels professionally and was happy with their service. Otto was their salesperson and he explained everything in detail before the install. I received regular updates from Frerdom Solar during the entire process would highly recommend their service if you are thinking of going Solar!

My salesman was Eric Castillo, he was great to work with and very informative about the whole solar system. He answered all my questions and some that I did not even think about asking. Had a little hiccup with the city trying to get the permit which delayed the installation but Devon McCarley was on top of it and kept me informed. The installation team was thorough and very professional. Freedom Solar completed the installation of 37 solar panels on our rooftop on July 11, 2019. The installation had to be planned during my vacation time, but we were only 1 hour away so the trip back to complete the attic installation was no problem. The foreman even had 2 installers actually do the inside attic work so that I could go back to join my family on vacation. I was in contact with Jade Garcia afterwards and she assisted me with the rest, getting the final inspection and giving me the information on what to say to my electric company to switch my plan. Over all the experience was great and would recommend Freedom Solar.

The Solar Dream Team came by knocked the job of 34 420w panels out in about 5 hrs I work nights and I didn’t even know they were on the roof slept well once they were done I checked the work looks great.

The Freedom Solar Dream Team recently completely my solar panel and battery installation and I couldn't be happier. I am now the first home in my neighborhood able to use solar and it was due to the sales, design, planning and installation execution. My sales representative Michelle was very patient and helpful as it took me almost 1 year to get my HOA to approve the project. Freedom Solar was incredibly helpful throughout this process as I had to continually ask for different information. The Dream Team leader had great communication with me throughout the process and the team members answered my questions along the way. I was watching carefully and they used great care in protecting my home throughout the install. They even made adjustments to the panel placement that I thought my HOA would require. The team was careful, considerate and very thorough. Safety was a key focal point protecting me during their work period. Overall, just an exceptional experience and I definitely recommend Freedom Solar.

I decided to install solar because I wanted to reduce my cost for electricity, which will add some value to the house and reduce my carbon footprint. Additionally once there's cost effective, efficient batteries available, I plan to install several so that I can capture that power to use in the evening hours which will save me additional $$.

I actually interviewed 3 companies and the SunPower Maxeon monocrystalline panels were the best product offered, because of their high efficiency rating and durability along with the 25 year warranty on the system. Jason the sales rep, provided detailed information on the products along with my concerns on batteries and the competition which I verified. Solar technology continues to evolve and improve, I believe it is important to be as close to the leading edge when making purchasing decisions seeing these panels will be utilized for many years.

The process to get the panels installed was quite simple as SunPower took care of all the permitting and survey of the roof. We coordinated the install and were only delayed a few days because of weather. As a DIY person and technically inclined (prior military) I highly suggest verifying the work accuracy. Check the routing of the cables to the meters and if you can get on the roof, do so. Trust but verify! There were a few details that had to be corrected after the install was complete, they were done professionally and within a timely manner. I'm very happy with the outcome of the work.

Just had Trevor out to my home to work on my system. All I can say is he is very detailed oriented and did not mind me in his ear asking questions. I would have followed him all around but he said that he had to get on the roof and at that point... I was out!

Jason Cheatam, our sales representative, has been consistently responsive and willing to help. He's never used any kind of pressure,and he was never pushy like other companies that we've talked to. He listened to all of our concerns and answered all our questions. He explained different panel options and finance options available that Freedom Solar offers to fit our needs.

The installation team is amazing and fast. They installed 42 solar panels on our roof. The electricians were phenomenal dealing with the electrical in our old house.

Freedom took care of everything, all the permits and inspections. Great experience overall working with everyone. Will highly recommend.

Freedom Solar was great from the beginning. They were not pushy and were willing to let me work through all the different ask and give critical input into the design of my system. From Vatrell at the beginning to the Solar Dream Team Installers, they were thorough and made sure I was informed the whole time. There was one issue with the design of the system as they were putting too much power into the panel box but got that quickly resolved and instead of lowering the Solar Panel Production they decreased the amount of power coming from the utility provider.

I am in the early stages of installation. I have spent many moons agonizing over how to best put solar on my home. I highly recommend Jason Cheatham if you have any questions about products or the process. I am aware that I am a difficult customer. It is my goal to ensure I have a full understanding and am getting a fair deal. Jason has had nothing but grace and kindness as I put him through the quote and questions more tines than you can count on a pitch fork. I can in full confidence recommend that Jason be your first call as you start your solar experience. Talk to several companies and compare purchase, lease, PPA (always as for 0% escalator!!!)and learn about how the systems will function but you will most likely come back to Jason just like me.

It was quick and painless. The whole team was awesome. The electrician Geronimo was cool and explained a lot of the electrical. The installers for the panels were quick and made things look clean. Vatrell Fountain our salesperson was cool and was always quick to communicate back. He explained a lot of the finances and made things easier to understand.

We installed 27 panels using Freedom Solar. Their warranties beat out all other solar companies we received quotes from. The install process was easy and moved right along. They did a great job helping me understand the next steps regarding an appraisal district exemption, answering federal tax credit questions, and questions regarding updates to insurance policies.

Lastly, they use the best, most durable, and efficient panels on the market. Quality is what matters especially if you're going to install something with the intent for it last decades. I will use Freedom Solar again if I need an expansion to my system.

Recently got Solar installed and was amazed how easy this company made it. From start to finish was a pleasant experience. Install crew has to be best in the business, panels went up quickly, look amazing on the roof, and they even matched the conduit to color of my house, barely notice it. I have to give the electrician the biggest thank you. The way he installed the batteries and everything you would think they were put in as the house was built. I can’t recommend this company enough.

I had my install complete in September. I will break it down to sales and installation.

Sales- I worked with Juan who was pretty freaking amazing. He was absolutely zero pressure through the entire process. I interviewed multiple companies and SunPower with Freedom Solar turned out to be my best alignment with what we needed. They had the best offers, with the absolute least expensive financing and they didn’t call me 25 times to ask if I was ready to move forward. Juan was available constantly it seemed like. I’d have a question at 8pm so I would call to leave him a message and he would answer! It was great customer service. When I had an issue during the permitting process I called Juan and it was resolved in hours. Not days.

Installation - the installation team was great. They had no problem with me sticking around the understand the process, they let me watch and would take time to explain things that I didn’t understand. The whole process took just a few hours and they left the workspace cleaner than they found it. Going as far as to sweep up the tiny bit of dirt in the garage that one of them thought he might have tracked in from the yard (I think it was already there ). They stuck around to make sure everything was working and answered more of my question. Very professional and very fun to be around.

The only issues we experienced were 100% not the fault of Freedom Solar but the fault of the city permit dept not having their ducks in a row saying the permit had not been submitted (I verified this wasn’t the case by checking the permits myself while the inspector was here) And even then Freedom Solar had it sorted out quickly and I was on my way.

Overall it was a great experience. They are not the absolute dirt cheapest option. But they don’t sell dirt cheap quality panels. And they don’t sell dirt cheap installation or professionalism.

The Solar Goats Team installed 10 solar panels on my roof today in 70 minutes
They showed up on time, worked quickly, and were very professional. The electrical team (Kevin and Jackson) came later and finished the installation work. They were efficient and professional as well. Both groups cleaned up after themselves.
