Carlos did an amazing job! We had a mystery leak at our house. He came in and tirelessly began testing to locate the problem. We could not have asked for a better plumber!

We had a leak in our home and was unable to find it. Carlos with Patterson Plumbing came and did a thoroughly inspection the house. He was able to detect and fix the leak, which was inside our walls.

Carlos communicated with us throughout the whole process. He walked us through each step from detecting the leak to the repairing process. I highly recommend Patterson Plumbing.

Carlos has helped us a lot this time and last year he has done a great job and a plumber !

Our technician Zack was fantastic at explaining everything to me and handled everything efficiently and had a positive attitude that helped calm me about the situation and im so grateful for the availability at such short notice, everyone from the person who helped me over the phone to the technician was so helpful and patient,thank you so much!!!

David and Zach did an amazing clean out job! They were here within 30 minutes of my call, explained everything in detail and gave me the estimate before starting the work. They finished the clean out in less than 15 minutes and came in to check everything was good. Outstanding service from Julia answering the phone to the completed job!

David came out promptly and fixed our issue with a running toilet in a matter of minutes. He was very professional as well as knowledgeable and he assessed our drainage issue and we booked an appointment for Monday. That’s how confident we are in his ability to get things done right….. great job David

I had some work done last year by 2 plumbers that didnt exactly come through as expected, this is for a restore that I dont go to often. I ended up talking to the owner Rick and to my amazement he informed me that they had higher standards than the work that was accomplished and he sent his team to Paris and finished the work. The first job was several months ago and he still came through. It means tons more to me that he guaranteed his work and followed through like that than anything else he could have done. I will always use these guys in the future

David was great! Called this morning, he came today for a non emergency situation. Thought I had a shower with no hot water but it was a faucet valve issue. Quick solution. Very honest about how to fix the problem. Offered to look at other sinks and drains since it was covered by the service fee. Definitely recommend and would use again.
