This company is wonderful . Damien ,the technician came and explained what was wrong to us . He and the company saved us thousands of dollars on our broken AC . Jeff and the installation guys were OUTSTANDING! I got bids from 3 places after American Home Shield failed to be worth a penny I had paid them. Don’t hesitate to go to them. They are hands down the best!

Outstanding service, most especially by Damien, the technician who came out to work on the problem. Exceptionally, patient, professional and polite. He resolved a complex issue that was an original installation error. He went over and above to get it done in one service call.

More than just great service, I can highly recommend them

Ross Airconditioning came in to help us disconnect HVAC lines when we were in the middle of a framing project and needed to install large LVL beams across our living room. They also helped with connecting everything back together and although they needed to return and double check a few things, ultimately all was done correctly. I would recommend Ross Air to anyone in Dallas area.

Ross A/C replaced my unit a couple of years ago and they did a wonderful job. The crew that was sent to my house was very professional and respectful. They had my new unit up and running very quickly. The new unit also saves me $$$ on my utility bills. If you need reliable, competitive service this is the right group for the job.

After a home inspection uncovered some HVAC code compliance issues, I had to have 4 furnaces replaced and some other ductwork issues corrected and I needed it done quickly. WIthin 24 hours of calling, Ross came out and bid, and within a week everything was replaced. Every person I dealt with at Ross was extremely prompt, professional, and kept everything clean with great communication. Spending money replacing HVAC equipment is never fun, but Ross made it about as smooth and painless as it could be. Thank you Jeff, you have my higest recommendation to anyone that asks!
