Fantastic company! Have used them twice for changing AC units. They are responsive, honest and affordable. Other companies always seem to try to upsell or charge an abhorrent amount. Highly recommend to friends and family.

Manuel is very professional. He always tells me about the problems I am facing. He explains different scenarios on how to fix it. He is never pushy in my decision making process. He is very honest and has always given the best deals. I have been using Thermal Services at this facility for around a year now. Every time I call in Beverly the intake specialist helps me. She is amazing and meets all my request in a timely manner. She always goes way above and beyond to assist. I choose them over and over and look forward to using them for many years to come.

Easy to work with people, once we decided on a date everything ran fast and smooth. The team was very courteous and knowledgeable, team lead having more than 20 years of experience. They even replaced an additional piece of ductwork which was not supposed to be done but they saw the need for it during the installation, and added it without an extra charge (some would have taken advantage of it). The new system of two units was up and running in one day! Awesome people and excellent craftsmanship!

We are very grateful with Mr. Elias, Mr. Manny & Mr. Jose G at Thermal Services for the fast and reasonably priced service! I recommend them to anyone looking for the best service & price in the DFW! They worked on my proposal and gave me the best price in all Dallas. Also, they came out the next day and completed the work in a timely manner with no issues. I will be using Thermal Services going forward!
