We had a great experience w/this company ! We have Choice Home Warranty who set up appt with Alma’s. They arrived at specified time & fixed the problem. We did have to call them back for another issue which again was handled. Again, they came on time & quickly corrected the problem. They do everything, electrical, plumbing, AC…….. We highly recommend this company !!

WARNING NOTICE: Alma’s/Ramiro’s Appliance is by no means a plumbing business. They only specialize in parts, sales and repairing house appliances. Their so-called plumbers are NOT certified! AVOID THIS BUSINESS FACILITY!

By far the worst customer care I have received to date. They so called tech team are less than useful, with contradictions in every sentence! The only thing consistent amongst them was "we don't know whats going on" It is a total customer windup. Unbelievably appalling. Lack of knowledge, lack of basic intelligence and lack of regard for customers.

Took dryer on Monday morning and was told it would be ready by the end of day. I called next day no answer. Went in person and my dryer wasn't even worked on. 3rd day I called and asked if my dryer was ready and finally it was. When I went in person to pick it up and asked about what was done to my dryer they couldn't figure out where the tech was. I was charged $222 for I don't know what was done with it. Wouldn't recommend.
