They came and fixed my dryer in 30 mins dryer works perfectly.

Got the job done but was overpriced.

Don't even answer the phone. Text to call them back. Didn't answer the phone. Never returned messages left..

Contacted Haslet appliance repair 2 weeks ago on a Thursday regarding my stove top oven needing repair. Was informed a technician would come out to my house between 1:00 and 3:00 the next day which was a Friday but no one showed nor did I receive a phone call. I called to find out what happened and was informed the technician was behind and I would be rescheduled for Saturday between the hours of 12:00 and 2:00. The technician called at 1:28 stating he was 30 minutes away but did not arrive until 3:30 p.m. . I was then informed the part needed for my stove would have to be ordered. The order process should have taken three to five business days from what the Technician stated. As of today Friday February 12th I have called multiple times with no follow-up from Haslet appliance repair regarding my part and today was informed, they still had no update for my stove. The lack of professionalism and customer service is disappointing. We paid an $89 trip charge and was informed it would be added to the repair which we never received. I would not recommend anyone do business with this company until they get their staff and customer service trained.
