All reviews for Dietrich Electrical Services

Dietrich Electrical installed a new replacement service outside panel from the CPS meter and ran a replacement main line to the new subpanel inside the home. It also included separate wiring to a detached garage and other assorted external wires to other terminations. The work they performed was what could only be described as perfection. I am glad we hired them and plan to use them again. We highly recommend them for your electrical needs. They are competent, reasonably priced and very friendly to work with. Thanks Dietrich!

I looked on Angie's List to find an electrician close to my parent's home off Boerne Stage Road and Dietrich Electrical Services was suggested. I sent my information after 10pm on Thursday night. We needed someone to fix some lights and switches before an event we were having the next evening. Not only did Dietrich contact us for an early appointment the next morning (Good Friday), but they went above and beyond, fixing our issues very efficiently and with friendly, professional manners. I was so impressed. My parents are hard to please and they loved these electricians. They are located in Helotes, which is very convenient. The pricing was very reasonable and their work saved the day. Thanks so much Dietrich!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend this company without any reservation.

Dietrich came out and installed 3 outlets, installed GFI outlets in the kitchen, and fixed a light for us. Price was a little high, but really good work, so we asked for a quote to install 5 recessed lights with dimmers. There was some trouble getting that second quote unfortunately, but they reached out and made it right by scheduling us in quickly with a small discount. How a business responds to a mistake shows a lot. The recessed lighting installation went perfectly. Our entertainment room looks incredible now. We've now gotten another quote for a third project and will be having them back, where they will continue to do great work.

Dietrich was a lifesaver this evening. Was able to quickly diagnose the problem over the phone and arrive at my house to resolve it. He waited to ensure everything was working properly. I value local business and would definitely recommend his services. Prompt. Kind. Polite. Knowledgeable. Everything you need. Thank you, Dietrich!!

We received very thorough, knowledgable and professional service from Dietrich, and at reasonable cost. They installed new load centers, breakers and grounding inside and outside. We had some pretty scary electrical problems, and they fixed everything right away. We would recommend Dietrich to anyone.

Highly recommend Dietrich. Very professional, affordable, and quick in response. He's gone above and beyond every time I needed help with any electrical issues. He even dealt with CPS Energy for me and had them come out promptly to fix an issue. I can count on Dietrich at anytime and love that he's a txt away when I have any issues/questions.

Dietrich (and Daniel) were fantastic. They were prompt, reliable, and responsible. They exceeded our expectations and impromptu fixed other issues that we had put off. They are trustworthy, respectful, and VERY affordable. We are thrilled to know that now we have someone to call if we are in need again. We HIGHLY recommend. 👍

Dietrich electric is AMAZING. I instantly felt like I was part of the family. They are very communicative and very reasonable. When no one else knew how to help me with my commercial electrical project-Dietrich knew exactly what to do. Not only did he do the job no one else i asked for quotes knew how to do- he did it quickly and efficiently.

I highly recommend Dietrich electric for all your commercial and residential electrical needs.

Dietrich has taken care of both major and minor electrical issues for us. He has always been very professional, on time, communicative, and up front on the costs which have always been reasonable. I have him on speed dial for all my future electrical work. You should too!

Dietrich Electric has done 2 projects for me.
They installed a ceiling fan and re-wired my outdoor kitchen. They did an excellent job, were reasonably priced, arrived on time, and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again for my electrical needs.

Super responsive, super professional, TRUSTWORTHY service!!! Smelled an electrical burning smell coming from our breaker panel, shut it all down and took to google. Found Dietrich Electrical online, called him up and he was out in an hour. Dietrich found some super loose connections original electricians (not from Dietrich) left from install. While it was super quick fix, he was on the spot, explained everything he found and what he did. I will be using Dietrich Electrical Services from here on out, without a doubt!!!

As a real estate professional, it is crucial to have a good team by your side at all times. I met Dietrich through one of those members of my team and I am incredibly grateful and impressed of all the work he has done for me, my clients, investment properties, etc. Always on time, reasonably priced, always prepared with everything he needs, from small jobs to big jobs, I know I can call on him and know that the job will be done the right way, on time and on budget. I highly recommend his services, as a 10 time plus customer of Dietrich, this guy is still batting 1,000 in my book...your loss if you don’t call him to help you with all your electrical needs.

Dietrich Electrical is an excellent company to use for all of your electrical needs. We had a lightning strike in our back yard and it did some damage to our electrical system. We had Dietrich replace a bunch of circuit breakers and installed a total home lightning arrestor. Price was very fair and didn’t take long to do. I would recommend him every time. Thank you Dietrich.

Dietrich and his sons (3 person crew) were the absolute best -- professionalism, friendliness, quality of work, knowledgeable ... just a joy to have them inspect the work to be done, provide an estimate (very reasonable price), quick appt, and work done satisfactorily in every way. So darn glad to have his firm nearby in Helotes -- our future go-to electrician. (Make sure you mention you're a veteran to get a discount!!)

Dietrich has helped me out many times by providing me advice and estimates for my Real Estate Clients. He has always done this free of charge for me. He is good at what he does, is professional, courteous and helpful. My clients have always been really pleased with work that he has done for them - I’m lucky to have found him and have an electrician I can trust!

Dietrich is very professional, he does not cut any corners, he uses high quality materials, he works to code, and he does things the right way, not the cheap or fast way. If you want the job done right, Dietrich is an excellent electrician to contact. I have used him for multiple jobs in my home and he is the electrician I call whenever I need one.

This is one the best family business you’ll find in the San Antonio area! We had to get more power for our shop. I called Dietrich, he and his team came out and were able to get us exactly what we needed and we were able to work most of the time they did the job. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them again for any electrical needs down the road!

My experience with Dietrich Electric has been nothing but a positive one. We had a new generator and electrical service install and this company was very knowledgeable, thorough, timely and professional. Dietrich Electrical Services will be our go to from now on. We highly recommend this Company for any and all electrical needs. AMAZING JOB!!!

Dietrich goes above and beyond for his customers! He is very professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him for all of your electrical needs.

Thank you Dietrich Electric for the Amazing work!!! Your customer service is out of this world!!

Excellent service. Dietrich knows his stuff and has all the necessary tools handy to get the job done. He has been at our place twice for 2 different issues and he was able to identify and fix the issue quickly both times. Highly recommended for all electrical jobs.

Dietrich was hired by my contractor to do some wiring for new kitchen lighting but while he was working in the fuse box/electrical box he found several very serious issues with some of the wiring in my house and brought it to my attention. He was very calm and forthcoming and answered all of my questions and concerns. He really did save my house and quite possibly my life from an electrical fire.
I will always be thankful and I will always recommend him without hesitation.
