I assume they sent a qualified tech out, though the kid looked 15. Still, he performed like a rock star.

I found Air Pros using one of the commercial recommendation systems and got a call back promptly. Within a few days, Mr Leal was out and checked the heating system, which was less than two years old. He detected a very small leak and showed that it was due to the original installers' failure to redo the gas piping between the public service supply and the unit. When the original installing company failed to return my call, I had Leal come back out and fix the problem. The work was well done, the leak was eliminated and the cost seemed reasonable, although I did not shop. I mean, you've got to be careful about natural gas leaks, don't you?

It was unbearably hot day and my air conditioning broke. On the day I called for the service, Joe, the owner of Air Pros Of S.A, with his assistant came out after hours for the repair.
Other companies I called would come out next day mostly. In my past experience, the bigger companies would send any young technician.
Joe was very sincere and diagnosed the problem right away. I was very happy with his service and got the impression of the expertise from Joe.

Sammy came down and installed two mini-splits for us, going above and beyond and keeping everything clean, tight, and neat. I am extremely grateful for him and the wonderful job he did.

Joe has the best customer service up front pricing with no hassle to buy. My ac went out and he tested it and unit was not able to be fixed due to the compressor went out mind you it was 26 years old so he gave me some options of different systems so we got one just to let you know they do financing he was back the next day and installed it for us. Joe and his crew did an outstanding job for us installing a new Train 20 sear air-conditioning system our old system went out on the 24 November two days before Thanksgiving Joe and his crew came out took a look at it saw the air source pump had failed and gave us an estimate for a new AC system. He was able to do the work the very next day completed the work in just 6 hours. We are very pleased and happy with the work he has done and would recommend Air Pros of S.A. to anyone needs air-conditioning work.

Joe came at 10:30 at night to fix our heating system that was only pumping cold air. He also noticed a poor installation that could be dangerous. So far, very pleased.

Sammy is excellent. He and his associate did a maintenance check on our two units. They are efficient, honest, punctual, and courteous. Great work.

We lost power to our outside AC unit just in time for the 3 Extreme Heat Advisory days all in a row and were left with a sweltering home. Our system was only 4 years old, but I could not recall who installed it. So, we called another company out that spent about 2 hours diagnosing and another 6 days waiting on parts. On the 6th day, I was at my wits end and decided to start calling Trane Warranty Customer Relations to try and expedite the part we needed. During that call they were able to tell me that Air Pros of SA had done the install and thank goodness they did! I gave Joe a call and he let us know that not only could he come out to repair that day, but that we were still covered by his company’s labor warranty. He was there within a couple of hours and within 5 minutes had our system running again! I’ll never call anyone else again. We could not be more pleased with their service and will recommend them to everyone we know! Thanks so much, Joe!

Before going with Air Pros I looked around with other AC companies for comparing prices, they offer the best prices with great customer support, 2 years after getting an AC unit with them one of my parts was not working, they came the same day after relaying my issues with Joel and fixed it at no cost since it was covered by warranty. That’s top tier customer service right there!

I'm a little staggered. I've been stalling like crazy on having someone out to work on our unit because of the horror stories... Then the unit started making a weird rattling noise and, knowing it was old, I was braced for an automatic "You need to replace it" or at least "You should let us do expensive maintenance."
Not only does Joe offer a texting option on his website which made it super easy to each out even during the workday, he responded quickly, came over same-day to check it out, and was able to take care of the issue in minutes. Walked us through what happened, gave us a straight answer on what to expect for the unit (and what it will cost to replace it when it's finally time!) and was just... I'm beyond grateful!!
We've pinned his card on the fridge. I've saved the number to my phone as Joe AC Guy and will always reach out to him first now...maintenance, replacement, whatever!

I wanted to install a mini-split in my garage gym to keep cool during the summer months. I got about 10 different quotes from companies around the San Antonio area. In the end, Joe had the best price by far. He and his team came out and had the mini-split installed within a few hours. Installation was professional - everything looks great both inside and outside the garage. Great service and communication, and Joe gave me an honest price on a system. I'll be coming back to them for future HVAC needs!
