Sixto, is an amazing employee. We have met very few people who know their job so well and have time to be personal and caring all at the same time. Sixto is the face of the company and should receive a high level of compensation based on knowledge and customer satisfaction. If you were to train new technicians, Sixto would be the lead trainer hands down. We have had other Pest Control Techs visit my home and nothing compares to the service I have received from Sixto. My elderly parents had an amazing experience with Sixto, as well as my sister.

We have hired Apple for over 10 years now and we’ve always had a great experience Frank and all the other technicians we’ve had are professional and knowledgeable.

Called Apple Pest Control to let them know that I was still having a problem with fleas after their technician did a same-day service call on the weekend (which I was very appreciative of). I received excellent results from the call. Not only did my home receive additional service but I also had the owner of the company talk to me to ensure I was satisfied with the service. Apple Pest Control has been my "go to" pest service for many years. They are knowledgeable about bugs, lawns, trees and are always willing to stop to answer my questions. It is great to work with a local company who gives their customers excellent service from the first phone call, to the service agents, to the followup.

We have used Apple Pest Control for 25 + years and are very happy with them. We have quarterly service and the few times we needed a retreatment in between the quarterly service, they came out with no problems ( usually during very dry times such as now). Recently another company came by to sell their services, and were very pushy and persistent. They actually came by three different times. It made me appreciate Apple and their friendly non pushy service. We will continue to use Apple and will recommend them to anyone who wants great pest control service.

I called Apple Pest Control when I noticed termites in my home. I have never used an exterminator before. I saw their reviews and recommendations on Nextdoor and decided to call them. They were able to send out an exterminator the same day, within an hour or two of my call. Chandler was professional and informative at the inspection and extermination. They were able to schedule an appointment for me the following week. Wonderful customer service from the time of my call with Sarah, up to the service. I will definitely use them again, hopefully I won’t need to, and will recommend to others. Thank you, Apple.

We have used Apple Pest Control for approximately the last six years and never had anything but an excellent experience. Great people in the office to get you scheduled and our favorite tech, Chandler, always handles our quarterly treatments with efficiency and some fun football conversation. In a time where it seems more difficult to get great service, Apple always delivers it.

We have used Apple Pest Control for several years, as have other family members. We have always had the best experiences, and they have always been open and honest with us. Most of the time they are early for their appointments, which is unlike most companies who show up in the last 5 minutes of the timeframe. We are always contacted about our quarterly service being due, and they have always been able to work around our schedule. I have had to reschedule a few times, and they are very courteous about rescheduling. Any bug issues we have had have been resolved quickly, and they will come back out to re-treat if need be. Chandler, our usual technician, is always friendly and efficient when he comes in our home.

Frank came to my home today and did a thorough job. He also took the time to explain how the treatment is designed to work. I have used Apple Pest Control for many years and am a happy customer.

Apple Pest Control is the best pest control company I have ever used! (And I have had several.) The owner, Stan Goodson, is straightforward and honest, and I really appreciate that, especially compared to my previous experiences. On top of that, our technician, Corban Bachman, cares about our house and yard being pest-free. He is professional and punctual, and super friendly and easy to work with. I am so happy I switched to Apple Pest Control! And so is my husband!

Did my yearly and great results and great customer service. Tim from Apple pest control did a great job and also gave me the number of a lawn guy to mow my grass. If you are having trouble with raccoons making their home in your attic call Mr Stan. He is awesome and so is his staff. They are professional, knowledgeable, kind and prompt. They remove them humanely and do it at a price that is extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!
