Fernando arrived on time and prepared do resolve my plumbing stoppage. He explained what he was going to do and my options moving forward should the problem be greater than expected. He cleaned up the work site after clearing the obstruction. He was pleasant and courteous. I will continue to go to Roto-Rooter New Braunfels for all my future plumbing needs.

Fast, efficient and very clean. Fernando was great and made sure the job was done properly! From scheduling to getting the main line cleared it was around 2-3 hours total so much time saved!

Would highly recommend these guys, all of them starting from Kyle to Seth and sorry I didn’t get the training name of a man. We’re all very knowledgeable and persistent in trying to tackle the problem and finally got it fixed. I will use them again extremely satisfied.

Professional company, Fernando and David came out to clear a bathroom vanity. That clogged from the AC drain. Cleared my line and gave me recommendations to keep the line clear. Completely satisfied. 6 month warranty included.
