Soon after submitting a claim through Choice, San Antonio Plumbing accepted it, and scheduled my appointment quickly. Dustin arrived at the time scheduled, and took care of the issue quickly. He was very kind, professional and full of knowledge. I picked his brain on several items, and he was happy to share his suggestions and knowledge. Robert and his assistant performed a search and repair on our main water line between the newly installed SAWS water meter and our home. He's very professional - friendly - knowledgeable in his profession. I highly recommend Robert if you're in need of plumbing repairs.

We had a clog blocking our kitchen sink, dishwasher, and a bathroom. San Antonio Plumbing sent a plumber (thanks Eric K!) in less than 24 hours, fixed the problem in 45 mins. Fast service and very fair pricing. Would definitely call again.

Eric was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and was able to figure out the issue immediately and had it fixed in just a few minutes. He was very kind and friendly and explained his whole process. Personally, I find it awkward not to speak to people working in my home, but we had great conversation as he worked, and he made the whole process comfortable. Eric Kiolbassa did a great job in taking care of my water heater replacement. He is very knowledgeable, personable, professional, friendly and caring. I would recommend this company based off of the service that I received from Eric.

These gentlemen did a fantastic job. Problem solved. Leak in the original 1985 pipe from the street to the house replaced. New pipe in place and meter is reading 0 gallons per minute.

Eric was great! He kept looking even when the problem looked like it might be resolved and then found a hidden problem. He did what needed to be done when most others would have given up and left. The whole company went about and beyond and got an emergency issue resolved. I'm not using anyone but them from now on.

This was my first time hiring San Antonio plumbing to do plumbing repairs and all I can say is Wow! Found a fast leak in my house. Googled and found this on google maps. Called and they had Eric over within 45 minutes. Eric fixed everything and took the time to do it properly. Was very professional. Great attitude. Very kind and took time to explain everything. Considerate of our no shoes in the house policy without even asking. Thanks for coming through in a pinch!

Very pleased with Scott and Ismaels work. They found the leak which another plumbing firm couldn't and fixed it in one day. They explained each step. And gave me a breakdown of what each step would.cost. I really appreciated their hard work and friendliness.

Has an issue with a leak with the tank on my water conditioner, connected to the water heater. This was on a Saturday afternoon. Called San Antonio Plumbing, and a very nice lady answered. Explained the issue, and she was able to schedule a plumber to come out. Justin W. showed up around 5:00 PM. He looked at the problem, and thankfully had a replacement part in his truck. He gave me the estimated cost for the work, which was reasonable, and I approved it. He applied the $125 weekend service call to the final amount. He fixed the problem quickly. I then asked him about a "water hammer" issue we were having. He checked our water pressure and it was showing at 97psi, normal psi should be around 60. He said our Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) had failed. We called the office back on Monday to ask for Justin to come back out. He stopped by on Tuesday to give us an estimate for the work. He and his helper came out early Wednesday morning to start ghe work. He installed a new box for the PRV and laid in some rocks to prevent ant piles. He was able to complete the work in less than a couple of hours, with minimal disruption of water. Once the work was done, he asked me to flush the toilets twice. No more water hammer. A job well done. Thanks Justin.

We had a stoppage that we were unable to clear. Called ny warranty co and they sent out Eric K. from San Antonio Plumbing. Very professional, relatable and just a pleasant guy. He got the drain fixed within 10 min and showed me what the cause was. Excellent customer service and if I am in need of any plumbing jobs, I will be calling SAP for help!

Dustin is AWESOME....he was so polite, professional & knowledgeable. He started my job looking for the water leak in the yard on Friday and he was due to be off on Saturday and I asked if he could please come back on Saturday and he switched his day off to finish doing what he was doing and not just everybody would do that and I really appreciate his efforts.
