I had a water leak in the kitchen sink. Rick, owner, came and was able to cap the line so the water leak would stop. He was honest and I had a good experience. I will be using him again.

Early Birdie Plumbing was absolutely outstanding!! He was recommended by many of the people in our neighborhood. When the devastating ice storms hit in Houston, I reached out to Rick and thought it would be a long shot with the amount of damage in the city for him to come out in a timely manner. I was so wrong! Not only did Rick immediately get back to me the very day after the storm hit, he came out that same day, assessed the leaks, and was willing to fix them right then and there. If you need a plumber you need to call Rick. He is knowledgeable about his trade, has good communication, fair pricing, and is an incredibly hard worker.

We needed plumbing done on our store and they had everything finished and up in running within hours. We were so grateful. They came day of and were the kindest most professional people. Highly recommend.

I was one of the 1000’s of busted pipe folks from 2021’s “Big Freeze”. Luckily one of my neighbors was using E.B. so after contacting, Rick arrived 4-5 days later around 7:00PM, located the leak (luckily only 1) and capped it giving me water again for showers. I think any other plumber was still weeks out so we were very fortunate Rick was able to get to us quick. The best part is he helped me obtain water restoration services for the water/mold clean-up. Somehow we were able to receive help weeks, maybe even months before any other company said they would come out. Most wouldn’t even give us an expected time-frame, heck the “big names” wouldn’t even take our call. Moral of the story Rick @ Early Birdie is a real life saver. A very friendly, easy going & honest person as well; yes, I said honest. Therefore do not hesitate to contact them as you WILL NOT be disappointed. Thank you Mr. Castillo!!

Rick and Fabian are the best! I had been struggling with finding a kitchen faucet to fit the five holes that were already in my granite. Rick found a beautiful Moen faucet, ordered it and installed it. My kitchen is so much better with this new addition. Fabian even cleaned under my sink since I was busy with holiday baking. Today I truly met an incredible person with extraordinary customer service, professional, friendly, pleasant, honest, integrity, knowledgeable about his profession and kept you up-to-date on his status of coming to your home that I have ever met and that is Rick, who owns Early Birdie Plumbing.
I have had what I call a mystery leak for a few days coming from a recess kitchen light that no one else could find where it was coming from! Rick from Early Birdie Plumbing came in and immediately found the problem! It wasn’t a busted pipe it was something very minor what we I call a cut off valve that was leaking on the side of a commode!
I will have Rick back in a heartbeat if I ever have another plumbing problem and I highly recommend him to anyone needing a professional plumber. When I looked at his invoice I couldn’t believe it! He had given me a senior discount and I didn’t even ask for it or know I was getting it! He said oh yes ma’am I take care of my seniors! Thank YOU Rick!

I called several places to see about installation of a new faucet. Early birdie was The only one that was willing to come out and give me an estimate without charging me right off the bat. The estimate was very fair and the work was done correctly the first time, The technician (Fabian) was on time, Knowledgeable, And I am very pleased. I will be using them again in the future!

Recently had to have a hot water heater replaced. Rick and his crew were great to work with. Very professional, showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and best of all I have hot water! I would highly recommend. There were no unexpected fees from original quote.

Rick did a great job correctly diagnosing and explaining the problem at my house (which was not what I thought it was)! Installed a vent and took care of water heater maintenance. Very happy to have found a knowledgeable and reliable plumber. Excellent service and communication.

After calling 5 different plumbers I found Early Birdie Plumbing and they answered me right away. They were able to schedule me the same day and helped out so much! They were nice and quick and checked everything to help. Very grateful! Richard was very understanding and helped me out so much.

Rick went above and beyond to solve our water heater issues. He got back to me quickly every time I had a question and set up our appointment for the removal and installation right away. I even got great advice for activities for my sons to join. Will be recommending to everyone I know.

Rick and the guys have done a great job fixing us up. We had a pretty big leak on our main water line, and he got out here pretty quickly. We were looking for a local plumbing company and we found them by luck! Thanks for helping us out and cleaning up was a big plus!

This is my first time using Early Birdie Plumbing and the service is very good. Rick was on time for my appointment, cared about doing his job well and is not looking to get over on his customers. Did not understand what was going on with my toilet, but Rick explained the situation and fixed my toilet problems. Rick tries to work with and around your schedule. Early Birdie Plumbing Services is outstanding and you will be very satisfied.

Will use your services again. Came out for an estimate to put a connector for my generator on my gas meter. Was ready and started that day. Fast and quality work. Yall did great.

Needed a water heater replaced and Rick was out promptly to assess the issue and give me a quote. Rick and Fabian removed the old unit and installed new one in a professional and timely manner.
