I called them out for a consultation, they are honest, helpful and knowledgeable. They told me who to call to get our water tested and suggested how to mitigate the issue we were having until we get the water test back. They gave me referrals for other services I inquired about that they did not perform. Their advice and opinions were trustworthy and I'll stick with them from here on out!

I called A & L Pump and Well Services. They helped me trouble shoot my problem over the phone. Told me the problem was most likely the starter capacitor and where to pick one up. That indeed was the issue. Other companies were trying to sell me another well pump. This company is honest and trust worthy. They will always get my business going forward.

I would DEFINITELY recommend A&L, they’re honest and have great prices. I recently had a company try to scam me out of 2500 to replace a pump they told me was broken. A&L came out and found out it was only my control box! They saved me 2300$!!! they were fast, very respectful and helped me more than I can ever repay them. They have a customer for life and I will tell ALL my friends and acquaintances about them!

We had a well emergency. I checked around and everybody recommended A&L. I know why. The gentleman that answered the phone was compassionate in his concern for our will and said that they would be there in a few hours. They showed up promptly and immediately found the issue. It was extremely minor... A little baby lizard had climbed into the electrical box and shut everything down. These gentleman could have taken me for a ton of money and I would have never known the difference. They charged us a very minimal service call. They were friendly, cheerful and very approachable. They will most certainly be our new well company!

Honest and fast. Our septic contract told us our aerator was out, quoted over $1,000 call A & L quoted us less but when he got here found it was burned wire and saved us $100’s! We would’ve never known.

Called these guys to get our septic serviced on a new property we bought in Crosby, he told me a few weeks to come out and look at it (which was fine), I waited 5 weeks for them to come out and in the mean time had 4 renters move in so the septic was being filled up as it was totally non functional, after the 5 weeks they would not call me back , I called 5 times and left messages and they would not return our call or even communicate, they make the Multi Flow system so you have to buy parts through them for it we normally use Schuldt Septic who calls back right away and is super helpful,DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM

Not sure what happened with these people!, I called them out for a new well instalation he gave me a price and I signed the papers, Went to the Bank and got the Loan, Then they just Ghosted me and wouldn't answer or return my calls!, I don't get it because we used them before to service the current Well I'm on after the Pump got damaged in the Feb 2021 Winter Storm and they were great!, They could have least given me an explanation if there was some reason they didn't want my busines!, If I could give NO stars I would!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
