I built a new house and wanted to change the sod yard to xeriscape. I was so fortunate to find summit. They were so easy to work with: they designed the plan after walking the yard with me, they intervened with my HOA architectural review committee and did the work when I was out of the country. It is exactly what I wanted and plan to have them back next year to add some plantings, One of my neighbors liked their work so much they are now using them!

Summit Landscape and Design recently installed 300 gallon storage tanks for rainwater harvesting(my third project with the company). The installation crew worked quickly and completed the project in a few days. With the recent rains, I can water outside without drawing from the aquifer. My consultant, Josh Dowling, is always available to address my concerns and questions.

Leo was the BEST! Summit has the best staff and Leo was exceptional. Always a pleasure to work with.

I hired Summit Landscaping to do some xeriscape improvements in my front and back yard. They were timely, professional, and communication was perfect! They left the area clean before they departed each day and at the completion of the job, they pressure washed the concrete and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Calvin was the project manager and he did several QC checks during the project, which was appreciated. The lead was Jeremy, he and his crew did a remarkable job! I’d give them all more than 5 stars. If you need work done, call them immediately!

Had water line installed the workers showed up around 7:45 they worked all day until 4:30. I was impressed with their courtesy, they introduced themselves did a fantastic job. I will use the Submit Landscaping. I highly recommend them. Super job.

Working with Summit on HOA client properties has been wonderful! Reid Sherer and John Maloney are super responsive, send great communication and have always gone above and beyond for ever issue I’ve had. Not enough can be said about their estimate/proposal software that makes approving and tracking projects so easy. I am looking forward to working with Summit on more future projects for mutual clients!
