Angel was very helpful and communicative about the issues and explained everything very well. He set up a temporary fix while we were waiting on the part to come in which was very appreciated!

Cowboy Appliance came out next day to fix my dryer. The fix was quick and efficient and the tech, Angel, was really friendly. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Appliance Cowboys! My fridge at my home in Houston broke and I worked with two different techs from other companies that could not get it fixed! The first tech said it was the compressor (a very expensive part) and it was not! The second tech was the tech sent out by and recommended by Whirlpool and they still could not get it fixed. The tech sent by the company Whirlpool recommended didn’t have a clue what was wrong, and I wasted my money paying them a service fee. I was about to give up and buy a new fridge.

Finally, a friend recommended Appliance Cowboys! Demetrio came out right away, and checked each part of the fridge to find the broken part. They got my fridge working right away and came back to replace the broken part in the freezer! Demetrio was very friendly and professional and communicated with me during the entire process. The price of the repair was also reasonable. I saved a lot of money by not having to buy a new fridge. I highly recommend Appliance Cowboys!

Angel was very helpful and honest in servicing my washing machine and dryer. Came out next day after initial call. I recommend their company.

We have been working with Marco for many years. Appliance Cowboys are our one and only call when we need appliance repair and/or replacement. I cannot recommend them enough. Fast, reliable and honest service all the time! Go ahead and give them a call, you will not regret it.

We didn't have a working oven for 8 months, as three different companies came out to look at it and all said different things. We called Appliance Cowboys on a whim, expecting that we'd have to buy a new oven before Christmas. Demetrio and Ray came over and diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. They also had the parts to fix it and did so in under an hour. I cannot recommend them enough!

Demetrio did a great job repairing my Thermador freezer! He correctly diagnosed that the circulating fan stopped working and was able to replace the fan in less than 2 hours. Now my freezer is working again!

The technician Demetrio was at my house within 1 hour of calling the office. In under an hour he and Ray had diagnosed the issue, picked up the part, and made the replacement. Very good service.

Angel was very informative explaining the problem with my gas dryer and getting the machine back in good working condition. He was respectful of my home and had all necessary tools to do the job. He even took the time to explain how to improve things to keep the current and future problems from happening. Good experience, would use them again if needed.

I had used another technician who did not let me know that LG has a 10 year warranty on the compressor and Demetrio called me to setup an appointment but I had already got someone else and when I told him the issue he gave the warranty information on LG and suggested I contact LG. Thank you again for saving me $1200 for repairs or buying a new fridge . I will definitely keep your number for future appliance repairs

Appliance Cowboys are a great company probably the best appliance repair company I’ve ever hired. They are very professional knowledgeable, quick and Honest. They fixed my LG washing machine when the pump went out. the turnaround time was one day to get the part and install it. very impressed with my overall experience would highly recommend

I highly recommend Appliance Cowboys. Maynor saved the day by reattaching my oven glass door after my failed attempt at cleaning the interior glass. He was extremely polite and professional, and even showed me how to remove the oven door. I have a 27” Dacor Renaissance Wall Oven model RNO127SF.

Demetrio at Appliance Cowboys has been super helpful with several appliances we’ve had trouble with. He replaced several bad igniters on our Bertazzoni range as well as reinstalled a replacement gasket on our freezer that had been improperly installed by another repair company.

He took time to explain the repairs thoroughly and was regularly in contact as they sourced replacement parts for our oven.
