I called today April 3rd 2018 to inquire about a repair to my Kitchen aide mixer. The young man who answered the phone didn't sound sober, then I tried asking about getting my mixer repaired, he mumbled on top of me saying they don't repair kitchen aide mixers (even though it's advertised they do) & just hung up on me :(
