Elvin was very professional and he fixed our dishwasher very quickly. He explained what happened and I was very pleased with the result.

Both technicians were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. These are the type of gentlemen a consumer can trust in his home; as well as trust that the estimate is honest. I was very impressed.

Elvin did a fantastic job repairing our oven, he was quick but thorough! Very happy with his work.

My washer was not working so I called RapidHandy Appliance Repair and the came out and fixed it for me. They both were very pleasant and explained to me what was the problem. I would recommend their service to all.

They arrived on time, were very helpful moving the oven into the kitchen, quickly checked that the electricity was correct and completed the installation in short time. I would call them again if I need them.

They sent someone only 1 hour after I called. Fridge was flooding the kitchen and damaging wood floors. He came and fixed the problem right away. Very fast and honest about what the best solution was.

This company was fast and efficient. Had a service tech out within 2 hours of my initial call to diagnose my dryer. They fixed it within an hour. Would use again.

I had a very good experience with the company. I called them to repair a dishwasher. They determine the cause and fixed it the same day. The technician was courteous and very respectful. I recommend this company based off this experience. I hope others experience will be the same.

Jay was a huge help in coming to my house quickly - same day service. Very professional and knew exactly what he was doing - very experienced. I highly recommend his services!

My microwave went out and because it was part of a microwave/oven combo it would have cost a lot to replace the whole set. Elnur came out and found the problem but since it was an older unit the part was difficult to find but he persevered and found one. He explained it would take possibly two weeks to get it which I was okay with. In 2 weeks he returned and installed the part and my microwave now works!!! He saved me a lot of money. He was also very professional, courteous and friendly Thank you, Elnure.

Called them because my washing machine started dumping soap and water on the floor as I was doing a load. The person on the phone who helped me schedule a technician was very helpful and kind. He was able to set me up with a tech within day. Later on in the day the technicians called to introduce themselves as Arif, unfortunately I did not get the name of the other tech who tagged along with Arif. They informed me they would be there within the next 30 minutes and sure enough 30 minutes later they have arrived. they did a great job, they were quick efficient. Within 15 minutes they were able to figure out that there was nothing wrong with the machine. It was just user error and gave me some helpful tips on what to do to prevent this situation from happening again. Arif even told me that if something were to happen again to the machine during the week just give them a call and they will come and check it out for free, which I really appreciated.

Overall highly recommend, give them a call if you are having appliance troubles

I purchased a downdraft slide in range from KitchenAid and it included delivery and installation by JB Hunt. They showed up and refused to install my new range because they "don't work on those types of appliances" and through a good friend of mine I ended up speaking with Robbie at RapidHandy. He sent Elnur to my house within a couple of hours and he stayed for almost three hours working on what turned out to be a very challenging installation. Elnur was friendly, professional and very patient. I was very pleased with how quick they were able to help me and the service they provided. Definitely recommend!

Elvin was efficient! He made sure to check ever way to fix my washing machine. He troubleshooted all options. Unfortunately we were unable to fix it. This is the third time we had the washer fixed, at this point we need to purchase a new one due to the cost.

Jay was so helpful. My dryer wasn’t blowing hot air. He came and gave us an estimate and told he will come back once he finds the part. Long story short…..Our dryer is fixed and working perfectly. Thank you so much Jay.!!!😁👍🏻

I am so happy I called RapidHandy Appliance Repair and will be sure to use them in the future. After others were unable to diagnose my dishwashers problems, they were able to get it working right away. Tech was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Service. Andre is professional, courteous and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. He talked me through the problem and answered my questions patiently. My dryer was fixed quickly and cost to fix my dryer was reasonable.

When our washer went out we called Rapid Handy and we were very satisfied! Elvin provided quick and excellent service. He was friendly and helpful and gave us tips to help us keep our washer running well.

I have never had better services from a company!!! My dryer went out and Mr. Elvin came out almost immediately. He quickly diagnosed the dryer, repaired it and even worked on some minor issues with my fridge, and dishwasher. When there was an issue discovered that may affect the way my dryer worked he took time away from his family, called me and came back on a Saturday!! I can’t thank Mr. Elvin enough. I will be using them for all my repair needs from here on out!!

Rapid Handy provided me with an awesome service. They took my service request and dispatched their Technician "Parvin" on the same day. In fact within hours. The service is great and they were upfront with me with cost. Parvin has done an excellent work in repairing my washer and addressing my questions along with his office. I highly recommend Rapid Handy for any appliance repairs.

I called to have my refrigerator repaired. The dispatcher worked with my schedule and was very courteous .The next day the tech Jay, arrived on time and was also very courteous and very professional. He made the repair without delay and completed a full diagnostic of my refrigerator. I was very happy with the service and price that I received and will use them for future repairs.

Eric arrived that morning to take a look at the washer to see what was causing the issue. He explained everything to me that was needed.
The most awesome thing for this being on a Saturday, the parts that the washer needed, they had it at their warehouse, how cool was that!!!
Eric was able to get the washer up and running that day.
The only thing that I didn't like is that the parts only carry a month warranty, I was very surprised with that one.
Overall I am thankful to have the washer fixed and I would use them again.
Eric's customer service and knowledge was great!!!
