We reached out to Big City Construction in urgent need of a shower renovation. Finding a trustworthy contractor can be difficult, but we felt very comfortable with Ray and Arantza. They provided very detailed quotes and we were able to customize our final project scope. The attention to detail and itemization was really useful and set Big City apart from other companies. The construction crew was respectful of our instructions around the property, kind, and did great work! We discussed the work completed each day with Ray or one of the crew members and they ensured all of our concerns were eased. We love our new shower!

We use Ray Pena and Big City Construction to remodel our 1950"s "pink" bathroom. We were on a set budget to have the work done.

Ray came over and explained what would need to be done, showed us pictures of other bathrooms he'd done so we could not only see his work but get ideas.

Short and sweet: from start to finish it was painless!. They arrived at 9:30 am every morning, and worked until lunch. Broke for lunch for 1 hour and back at work. Their work was excellent, they cleaned up every day, they were very nice and very courteous.

The bathroom is beautiful and I could not be happier. I would recommend Ray Pena and Big City Construction to anyone who's looking for a professional remodeling job done by people who care about workmanship and awesome customer service.

They did an awesome job installing our kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops. I especially appreciated the time and effort put into coming up with a beautiful solution to the top molding on the cabinets. I would hire them again.

Big City did a great job installing grab bars in both of our bathrooms. They were quick and made sure they cleaned up everything on completion. I would certainly use them again.

We had some modifications made in the bathroom for my husband to be safe in the shower. Ray and his guys did it all perfectly and my husband can safely use the shower.
