My wife and I returned home from vacation and found a leaking water heater. I called Capital Disaster Solutions and spoke to John Mitchell, he had a crew out within 2 hours. They worked thru the night to remove all standing water. For the next 10 days John and his crews worked daily removing and drying the affected areas of our home. Capital Disaster Solutions crews did a fantastic job and was extremely professional throughout the process. John made sure I had everything I needed to for the insurance company. The documentation John provided was a tremendous help when negotiating the claim. I would recommend Capital Disaster Solutions without hesitation.

Exceptional Emergency Response and Service

We recently experienced a small electrical fire at a school where I was contracted to work in. Although the fire itself was quickly contained, it produced a significant amount of smoke that filled the hallway and left a heavy layer of dust from the fire extinguisher. It was an overwhelming situation, and we needed immediate help to ensure the safety of the students and staff and to restore the facility.

This company has the most unprofessional individuals working for them. My apartment complex has used this company twice since I’ve lived here. Leaving trash in my apartment, eating my food, heating food in my microwave making a mess and not cleaning it up, leaving my refrigerator unplugged, never turning lights off when they leave, leaving my door open or unlocked, taking my broom and not returning it. The first time they replaced the floors, they immediately started to lift. This list goes on and on. Just overall disrespectful and unprofessional employees and I hate that my apartment complex utilizes their services. I don’t know if there’s any oversight or quality control, but they need to do better.
