Precision Roof Crafters went above and beyond with helping with insurance issues. Their quotes are according to regulation standards, and they were willing to advocate for us, with the adjusters. I would recommend using this contractor if you want your roof done right.

We felt in love with our beautiful slate roof ever since we bought this house which was built in 1980 over two years ago. We have noticed the roof seemed to miss a few pieces, and there might be leak somewhere (roof? Gutter?). Several companies were contacted and few felt comfortable repair this type of roof. Some just wanted to repair/replace the gutter for possible leak. Precision Roof Crafters sent representative Jon S. to evaluate the situation. Jon surveyed the entire roof plus attic to look for possible leak. He also examined the guitars and found them in reasonable shape. He was polite, professional and honest about things he didn't know. In turned out he had great support team back in the office, and every question was answered with detailed and logical explanation. Jon came back with his manager later for more detailed and focused photos for repair preparation He sent us the proposal as promised on a very timely manner. Each repair was documented with photos and explanation. The entire experience was first rate, and we are very happy for the result. We will always use Precision Roof Crafters from now on, and highly recommend this excellent company to anyone who needs roof work in the future.

Jon was excellent! Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He gave me an extremely thorough presentation on the company and the roofing products and the re-roofing process. He answered all my questions and thoroughly explained everything. I was very impressed and felt very comfortable after his presentation.

There are abundant roof contractors in the Houston area. However, finding one who is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, respectful, and competitive is quite a daunting challenge and discouraging task. We selected Precision Roof Crafters to help repair a small leak in our home after Hurricane Beryl. Not only Precision Roof Crafters possessed all the aforementioned qualities, but the entire staff was very prompt, friendly, and accommodating. They were very understanding and flexible with the schedule in working with the solar company's timetable for the removal of the panels. A big kudos for the on-site worker, Pedro, who was very skillful, polite and respectful. The debris was all picked up, and the yard cleaned up after the work was done.

We had an excellent experience and highly recommend Precision Roof Crafters after damage caused by Hurricane Berl. Ramsey Rahman worked with us and our insurance to get issues resolved. His time and effort is greatly appreciated. We live in a townhouse with adjoining roofs and only our side of the attached homes was replaced. The end result was beautiful and seamless. Turbine vents were added and the chimney was completely rebuilt with new siding and fresh paint. Thank you again Ramsey and team for a job well done.

I had to replace my HVAC units so Precision Roof Crafters handled the exhaust pipes through the roof. Their work was precise and extensive leading to a very reliable repair. One cannot see any change to the roof other than the new smaller vent pipes. Thank you for the great work.

Brandon showed up on time and began work after a brief discussion of my roof in general (age, etc). I
wanted a roof inspection as many of my neighbors have had roof replacements in the last year. Brandon took about hour or so to examine and photograph problem areas and then we sat down and went through everything he found. In the end he thought there was some hail damage but perhaps not enough to involve the my insurance company yet. He also me a list of maintenence repairs to extend the life of existing roof. I recommend Precision for roof repair needs. Precision scheduled my work 1 day after I contacted them about blown off shingles. I was told when to expect the roof repairman and his name (Brandon Hoeffken) and photo. Brandon arrived on schedule and inspected my roof. He provided me with photos of areas in need of repair and explained his recommendations. After receiving a written estimate and upon my approval, Brandon promptly completed the work and all looks good.

I first used Precision Roof Crafters four years ago for a roof inspection and repairs, and I was very satisfied with their work. Recently, after some heavy winds loosened a few shingles, I decided to call them again. Jon from Precision Roof Crafters came out today, and I couldn’t have asked for better service.

He was professional, courteous, and very thorough. Jon inspected both the attic and the roof, carefully documenting what needed attention in the short term versus what to plan for in the long term. He even walked me through the photos he took on the roof so I could clearly understand the issues.
