The balcony of my rental property is badly rotted and structure damaged。because original builder mishandled the waterflow and waterproof.
KA TEAM, go above and beyond, find the root cause, repair completely: re do waterproof, reconstruct waterfowl slope, and enhance the support structure.
They prioritised the work to minimize the schedule impact on my tenants and nicely wrap the work as new.
Some of my neighbor saw their professional work and also asked for an estimate to repair theirs.

Highly recommend KA Construction. Our fence was destroyed during a storm and we hired Joe and his crew to replace it. They removed the old fence and did an excellent job replacing it. They were very efficient despite some bad weather conditions and were very professional and easy to work with.

KA built additional customs cabinets and shelves in my laundry room. They were so professional. The process was very straight forward. They came over to my house to take a look at the area. We discussed the design. Then they gave me a quote that was very fair. They said they will use real hardwood materials which I wanted because I was planning to put heavy stuff on the shelves and I wanted something sturdy secured quality work and not have cheap shelves bowing in the future. The project was completed in two days included the painting waiting time. I definitely would have them do my other rooms in the future.

A friend recommended KA to me because I had some dead brown grass areas in my front yard that needed attention quickly. KA mainly do home remodeling and construction but I was surprised they were able to do the grass for me. They said they provide a lot of different service all things related to homes. They had their guys working on my lawn the following day. I inspected the work after they were done. There was a small section I thought that needed more grass and they remedied the issue right away without any problems. They were willing to work with me until I was happy. They even made suggestions on how to keep the grass healthy.

I never been through a remodeling before and I was very nervous getting our guest bathroom done. Joe and his team KA Construction was an answer to my prayers! They were very thoughtful with their work to ensure the result is to what I had dreamed of. Joe answered all my questions and I was never at a lost throughout the project. My experience with KA construction was terrific. I contacted them to get a quote for replacing the insulation in my attic. I talked directly with the owner and was very responsive. He gave me a competitive price. I agreed and set the date and time. On the day of the job his workers were right on time. They were meticulous in their work. They spent extra time making sure every detail was done carefully and completely. After the insulation was complete they made sure I inspected their work and I was entirely satisfied.

I worked with Joe from KA Realty when we were in the market for a new home. He was amazing to work with! He found us the perfect home in a matter of weeks. We ended up needed a second office built and he had his guys from KA Construction work on the office immediately. By the time we finished moved in, they were done with the office including all the extras (soundproofing, built in wall safe, storage room). Very respectful and responsive team! Couldn’t recommend a better company!
