I would highly recommend Urban Craftsman for any City inspection related project, Brandon was responsive, pro active and completed the project in a timely fashion and was there all of the way through city inspection

Urban Craftsman is a wonderful company. We used them in 2019 to remediate a job that was done by a previous contractor. They fixed all the errors in the paint finishes, electrical, woodwork and many other problems that were left unfinished, and inadequately done. Their staff is a delight to work with and is willing to go beyond your expectations. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling job. They do beautiful work and have integrity, a quality that is essential for any professional. Use Urban Craftsman with confidence !

I truly enjoyed working with Urban Craftsman for my bathroom remodel in 2021. Brandon was my project manager. He made sure everything went as planned and more importantly that I was happy. Any issues I had, he fixed. Urban Craftsman is an awesome company.

Urban Craftsman built my house and 2 others that they are currently advertising on their website. They did extremely poor work, to the point of gross negligence. All three of the houses built have foundation issues within 6 years of being built, which resulted in the foundations requiring repair paid for out of pocket by the home owners because they will not honor their builders warranty. Additionally, all three houses have had water had significant water damage due to the poor quality instillation / build of the exterior siding and roofs on the home. Do not use this builder, you will regret it within 5 years.
