All reviews for Modern Edge Builders

As a customer I LOVE the modern home that the Modern Edge team delivered ! Such a beautiful design and commercial grade materials . Would recommend them to any one looking to build a new home !

I am very impressed with the work & the way Modern Edge Builders think about the future of their customers, as a plumbing contractor that has installed the plumbing to hundreds of custom estate homes from ground to finish in Houston TX, surroundings areas, & working with many different builders, I have yet to see anyone develop modern homes the way they do in Houston. They really are heavily invested in creating HIGH-PERFORMANCE luxury homes. If you are looking to build a one of a kind modern home, look no further! Here you have it. Excellent work Craig & team! Thank you for having us be a part of these awesome homes!

Seeing firsthand the rigor and excellence with which Modern Edge executes projects, I have incredibly high regard for their work. I can't say enough great things about how committed and diligent they are in their process, and also the perspective and delight their team brings to the project. Craig approaches each step with insight, care, and precision, and it shows - in both the process and the completed build.

We have had an excellent experience working with Modern Edge Builders on several houses and continue to refer them into as many projects as possible. I am a principal at a specialty MEP engineering firm, and having a builder who genuinely understands and appreciates design can make or break a project. Modern Edge consistently demonstrates that understanding, translating complex design intent into well-executed construction with professionalism and care. Their team is responsive, detail-oriented, and collaborative in a way that elevates the entire process. If you are looking for the best builder in Houston, look no further.
