I want to give a shout out to Luke at Craven's. My husband was about to install a portable generator that cost almost $1000 Luke recommended he get a much cheaper generator because it was more powerful and better quality. My husband returned the first generator, got the cheaper one , he hooked it up and it is good to go! Luke did not have to do what he did. You want a company with good people, check out Craven's.

They arrived on time and were very professional. My Nest door bell was replaced on time, and we had time to check other electrical issues within the house. Good people to work with.

I’d give Oscar and Christian more stars if I could! They installed a ceiling fan in our two-story living room using a very tall ladder. They were very conscientious not to ding doorways, or walls while bringing the ladder in and out. They both were very knowledgeable and pointed out issues with our original wiring, and made thing right / safe. Thank you for a great experience!!

I had an electric emergency and Cravens Electric came out right away. The other companies did not call back. Oscar Rosales was fantastic. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Very efficient and affordable. I will use them again and refer them to family.

This is my second time using Cravens Electric and both times they have been PHENOMENAL. They are very professional and are great subject matter experts when it comes to electrical matters. About a year ago, my grandmother needed a new breaker box installed because her panel box was very old and outdated. They came right out and installed it for her. Just recently we had a breaker that kept tripping for unknown reasons to us. Justin and Esteban came right out the next day and were able to diagnose the problem. They fixed the issue and charged us a very good price and even gave my grandmother a senior citizens discount. If you have any electrical problems/issues, I suggest you give them a call.

We had to get our 2000 sqft house completely rewired. Cravens replaced knob and tube, updated the breaker box and made sure the house was completely up to the latest codes. Well worth the money we spent on the work. These guys were honest and professional throughout the 10-day job. We were impressed at how surgical these guys worked when it came to the rewiring, the dry wall repair work was easy enough for us to fix ourselves afterwards and was not nearly as extensive as we initially feared. Would recommend in the future.

Oscar was excellent. He was polite, gracious, thorough, and told us exactly what he was doing. Couldn't have been any better! We're very pleased and will definitely recommend Cravens Electric to others.

Called Craven out to review our pedestrian gate issue. Drew and team arrived in a timely manner and were professional. They ended up not moving forward with the job as we agreed it was a gate related issue, not electrical. Would call Craven again first if electrical issues arise in the community.

If I could, I would leave 6 stars. I had an electrical problem in my guest room earlier this year and had another company come in to fix the problem. And then it happened again, both times while guests were visiting from out of town. I didn't want to go back to the original company as they obviously didn't do the job correctly. I then found Cravens Electric from Angie's List and their response time was incredible. I arranged for service the following day and they called twice to update me on the technicians arrival.
My technician was Oscar and he was fantastic! Not only did he explain everything to me giving me options he was incredibly respectful of my home and left his work area neat as a pin.
I would highly recommend Cravens Electric and Oscar to anyone and will most definitely use them again in future.

Super impressed with the quick turnaround from this team. They stand by their work and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of an electrician. Pricing was fair and their technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful explaining the work they needed to get done.

Luke and Charles did an amazing job fixing my recessed light and replacing an antiquated fixture in my laundry room. They worked fast and gave me a great deal to boot! I will be using them again soon and highly recommend!

Oscar, from Cravens Electric, was extremely professional, patient, and helpful. He did a very good job of explaining what and why something needed to be done and gave me different options. The work was completed in a very timely manner and was very neat and left no mess. I couldn't be happier with the completed job and will definitely use him again when needed.

HANDS DOWN BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!

They came out to my house today and fixed all sourts or problems!! Fixed fans lights and did the attic lighting to!!! Very low price for the work, and I must say the work was beyond expectation and perfection!! Some time last year they also did the whole electrical system to my house and did again an outstanding job. If you're looking for someone who is nice and professional then Cravens is the way to go!!!

My husband called Cravens and said that the customer service was probably one of the best he's experienced so far. Oscar came to our house and he did a great job. He got here on time, was super friendly and nice! Totally recommend him!

Cravens Electric just finished installing our new ceiling fan. We have cathedral ceilings in my home and the wiring in our fan was severed previously. The fan is extremely high up and located at the bottom of a 6 foot down-rod so this was no easy task. Oscar came to assess the situation and notified me that the fan I had purchased required a 3/4 inch down-rod and the previous fan used a 1/2 inch. I called to both Lowe's and Home Depot and neither had 6 foot down-rods in the size I required. I let Oscar know and he had his coworker Jacob drive to RICHMOND (!!! We live in Pearland) to grab the rod from a light fixture store. I was truly blown away with the level of professionalism and helpfulness they displayed today. They were kind and courteous even sweeping and vacuuming my floor after they finished. The ceiling fan looks amazing and they explained to me how they wired it so that the fan and light would be operable using separate switches which is something really convenient that our previous fan didn't do. I will recommend Cravens to anyone I know that's in need of electrical work. Thank you so much Jacob and Oscar! We really appreciate your hard work and willingness to go above and beyond.

Oscar and his crew of Esteban and Jacob were incredibly courteous and professional. They diagnosed my problems and recommended a solution. They were finished with the work in a reasonable time and everything is working again. Unfortunately my home will need more work in the future as it is getting older, but I look forward to working with the guys at Cravens Electric again. I can't recommend them enough!

I contact two electricians before Cravens and they either took days to respond or didn’t respond at all. Cravens was quick to respond to my inquiry, quick to get my appointment scheduled, and showed up the next day. The technicians were timely, friendly, and able to resolve several issues in my home.

Israel has a great disposition and has a clear desire to help the customer. Our emergency was exacerbated by the power lines company that kept losing permits and cut our power feed lines 2x (in error, I suppose). Israel got it done for us. Great attitude and service mentality.
